Here to say thanks, Hamza. Not a long time ago, I did basically nothing but playing videogames and watching anime all day. My grades were still good somehow, but slowly decreasing. Got into self-improvement. Reading, meditation. I've started with that. Then, recently, I got into the gym. That was by the beginning of this year, I was doing things while studying. My grades got back up and I've noticed that I was getting more ambitious. Even my girlfriend pointed that out and seemed really proud of everything I've been doing. I'm proud of myself too. Now, I'm already on vacation. The boys aren't yet. Same goes for my girlfriend. I was starting to fall on the bad habits again. Guess what happened? I was bored. Doing all of those things that I thought that made me happy before. I was bored because I was not getting better. Wrote down a vacation routine, including calisthenics (I'm more than 50km away from my gym now), kickboxing, meditation, reading, writing, music (guitar and keyboard), journaling... Honestly I was surprised of how many things could be done only in the morning. I'm just starting, but you're helping me a lot on this journey and I am trying to put my brothers into it as well. Thank you, Hamza. We're changing. For the better. I'm from Brazil, btw. The movement is already global. It'll be even bigger.

When I was planning a multiple hundred mile backpacking trip through the wilderness a couple years back, never having done something like that before, a lot of people made fun of it, told me I would turn back the second day, told me I would get lost and die, etc. I still started my trip, and it was hard and grueling at time, I was tempted to give up, but I overcame all the hardships and actually managed to do it, and came back a better man. Those same people were suddenly super impressed and congratulatory and my confidence was a lot higher than ever before, and the entire experience was one big lesson for me, to embrace discomfort and think big, to not be afraid of hardship and risk. One of the most important aspects of living a life of growth, and improvement. When you've already committed your entire life to growing, to getting better, When you've already said that you want to be a lifelong student, and want to keep learning, keep getting better, the only thing that can put a ceiling over your potential is your ambitions. If you have the potential of becoming a billionaire but you can barely even accept the thought that you could become a millionaire, you'll never reach the big Billion. The greatest thing you can do for yourself is to let yourself dream big, and believe that that dream can come true. Just do these two things, and you'll be surprised by the progress you make towards making it a reality. And, no matter what anyone says, never let those dreams die!

It’s insane how the mentality of others can make us believe that it is the “objective world truth” like Hamza said. A short guy gives up on his dream of the NBA, saying there’s no way for him to make it, so us other short guys are discouraged, yet there have been short guys who made it. 5’3 Muggsy Bogues for example who was a great player. Someone else fails or doesn’t believe in themselves and that failure/disbelief mentality is contagious.

I don't often comment on your stuff, but this video hit me in such a profound way I am stunned. Everything on my accomplishment list happened with minimal effort from my side. The girls, the marks, my job. i didn't put much work into any of them, I just sorta cruised through on my natural talents and dispositions. This video helped me realise that that isn't a good thing. If I can accomplish this without trying, what can I do when I am? I have never seen what comes of my own effort, aside from maybe glimpses of hard work every now and then, and that, I have realised, is because of a fear of failure. I will make a change. My future will now be painted with failure, but also the successes that arise from those ashes. I truly thank you P.S., your ego does get the better of you sometimes. It comes through in videos every now and then. The worst part is that the human mind will convince you that you're right in the moment. Never be passive but stay humble, and you will no doubt change the world.

I remember back then when i dropped out of school. I was isolated, lonely, and I gave up on life. Fast forward a bit, I'm forced into doing a play and it happened to be something that changed the trajectory of my life. I was taken under the wing of my play director and joined her art school, and I learned probably my most valuable lessons there. She taught us much like you to set the biggest goals you can set, but she took it a step further. She didn't tell us to say "MY goal is this or I'm going to do this", she told us to talk as if we're already that person. A goal exists in the future, but the only time that exists is now. If you keep telling yourself you're gonna do something, chances are you're not gonna do it. Accepting that things are already in motion, and you are already the person you wanna be, but you simply have to put in the time and effort really helps. Live in the present. Don't sell yourself short. If you wanna be the best person you can be, live as if you are already that person. Not in an arrogant way. In a way where that confidence follows you and in a way where your goal is guaranteed if you stick to it. Idk if that makes any sense but this way of thinking helps me a lot.

People will cringe because it is their own negative core belief being challenged, that’s threatening to them. It’s hard but we have to accept the criticism and keep moving, knowing we know something they don’t. If anyone reads this and is hugely ambitious do not do a U-turn on it when criticised, it is audacity that takes people to the top as well as skill. Keep staying true to it and build yourself up and you’ll attract the audacity, one day the hate will be muffled. If you have faith in god remind yourself gods energy is limitless.

My ultimate aim is to have the brand reach high heights (with hopefully participating in Paris Fashion Week) and have the brand reach Supreme or Off-White status. It's scaring the shit outta me but I gotta do it for my own sake.

@@prototype8534 "I recommend you to wear mostly your clothes if they are cool you will sell them a lot." That's the plan. I have "friends and family" pieces been delivered soon. And if your looking to get into the rap game, stay as independent as possible for as long as possible (like $uicideboy$). If you can't, get as many fans and as much money as possible before taking a record deal. That way you have leverage against the lables. and NEVER sign a 360 deal or any deal without an independent lawyer looking at it first.

Growing up I really didn't have a true father figure. I became very dependent on video games and junk food. I had a lot of friends but not true friends. Coming out of high school I have decided to change my life for the better. I began to go to the gym and focus on myself more. I was in a 1 and half year relationship with a girl in high school. I broke up with her to focus on my dreams and myself. Then I found out about this channel. Hamza you have truly shown me what a man should be and you have become a father figure to me. Thank you

You made me realise that the reason I bought something was for the first step to make my career, what I bought was FL studios and it is a daw to make music, I am glad that I have so I will use it and start making videos of me using it making music to grow channel and learn what I do wrong and how to make things better I am glad I watched this. Love you bro.

It literally does not hurt to dream big. I think most ppl are scared of the potential bigger failure that goes along w not reaching a big goal. That failure makes you even stronger tho.. It makes you learn 1200x faster rather than failing at a puny goal and learning literally nothing. The beautiful thing is staying on track and rethinking that failure as a learning lesson- you make leaps and bounds towards where u wanna be. Always. Rather be cringe than let my dreams die 🤷🏽♀️

now that you mention it, ambition is one of those things that comes naturally; (I'm 15 atm) and I've got about a million different things i want to achieve in the future and since forever i kinda knew that i can achieve all these things, as soon as o can imagine myself doing something and the steps to get there then i instantly know i can do it. New thing to be grateful for hehe 🙏

Hamza I been trying to continue the self improvement. and every time i have hit the body (5"9, about 74kg) goal over the past 3 years (just the gym part not the other aspects of self improvement) since i started lifting (like just fit and about 15% fat) somehow i just get sick (Dengue, COVID, food poisoning that required hospitalisation) and i lose ALL the gains while getting back to a "same if not worse skinny fat" body. I know it's like always a "get up after failure" but every time it happens and frankly it's just demoralising. Not to mention it's progressively even harder to manage due to working full time and doing my degree part time that i started last year (i understand the whole game plan is to develop business and all but rn i don't have an idea for business so im just establishing a "safety net" by completing my degree + getting my work experience and industry credentials to stay afloat) i know all of these are just making excuses but like idk it's just demoralising that either 1) you lose all of your progress time and time again and you're always at the state you begin at, or much further 2) life responsibilities idk i would like some advice.

@@AndrewWYT journalling, yes (something I started after I started watching hamza). In terms of like how I am grateful for things + journalling things like days I worked out or did runs and stuff. Noting down Emotions wise Tbh juggling both school and work I'm just constantly stressed and exhausted 😅 but I do note down things that made me happy Meditation is something I am still working on cuz frankly I'm still at the stage of "wtf this is boring sitting still.".
