Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and to them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin to salvation. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. John 3:18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. James 2:17-18 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. 18 But someone will say, "You have faith; I have deeds." Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by what I do. Acts 17:30 In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent. 2 Timothy 2:19 Nevertheless, God’s solid foundation stands firm, sealed with this inscription: “The Lord knows those who are his,” and, “Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness.” John 3:5-7 Jesus answered, “Amen, amen, I say to you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit. What is born of flesh is flesh and what is born of spirit is spirit. Do not be amazed that I told you, 'You must be born from above. ' (All humans have sinned except for the Holy Son of God who have lived a human form and became the sacrifice for the sins of those who believe in him. And also, those who believe should repent, turn away from their sins and shall change into more like him. And everyone who follow Christ should be born again, that means you should change the way of your life and be born again.) I actually go to bed at 8 and I try to get 10 hours. People at my work are shocked and say, "That's too long." They go to bed at 11:00 or 12:00 and get 5-6 hours of "sleep" but in reality 3-4 hours of quality sleep. And they are the ones who get tired and eat junk food. What a society we live in. I'm glad I found this channel. Used to watch Red Pill videos. As they tell the truth, they don't really get to the mental parts as much.

@Merc I used to stay up and study until 2 am. every day and had class at 8 and 9 am. I felt horrible the whole year and gained weight. In the end, your health is more important than education. Just get by and go to a technical school. That's what I did. Real life work is not like school at all. Don't kill yourself over some paper or study. You will actually learn better in class if you get more sleep and retain it better. Do not party or just on holidays. Not every weekend. Use the weekend to do the studying. Go to a library and study there. Studying at your own place means you'll be more likely to procrastinate. Get in the gym. Go to the library. Get your study done. Ask questions to the teacher or other students. More questions you ask, the more you'll learn. It's okay to not know everything. Nobody does. We as a species are still learning how to survive. And save money to buy good quality food. Keep dating to a minimum. I fact, don't date until break.

Yeah sometimes slip up happens and we become weak and susceptible for a short duration of time but the trick is to not get used to it and make it a habit.Habit is such a powerful thing,i was doing the same thing over and over again like for 5 years without even realising or understanding why i was doing it and only when I took a step back and was able to pull myself out of it did i realise the amount of self harm i was inflicting on my mind and body.I still feel bad for all the wasted years but I'm glad i pulled myself out of it before i could waste many more.

The point I'm trying to make is You can indulge in all the bad habits as long as you use balance. Have a good habit for every bad habit you have. The problem is these habits become a culture, a life style, a obsession, and this is where the brain starts to deteriorate.

Good you have a balance. Yet I think, regardless of how minimalistically bad these habits may be, you'd be more happy and fulfilled not indulging in these at all. Its a perspective your missing, people think: "But wheres the fun if I live such a productive and 'good' life?" Whereas truth is, that IS the fun. And even if you don't think so now, you'd find pleasure in those hard parts of life, and that pleasure is so much more fulfilling on a deeper level, that its worth striving for erasing ALL of those bad habits in my opinion. I'm 18 years old, and own a nokia 225 as my only mobile phone. Best decision I ever made, because after a few months, you start to see why you did it that way.

I don't do any of these bad habits besides playing videogames. Playing them much less has helped a lot, and I can 100% say I could stop playing videogames for a month if I needed to. I am no longer addicted to them like a used to be. However, I enjoy them too much, and have too many good times with good friends on them to outright stop. But videogames addiction is very real, and getting away from it isn't easy. I would say from my experience, as long as you are bettering yourself, hitting the gym, and not giving in to your emotions or desires, playing videogames a bit is alright. Also, what Hamza said about videogames not helping your brain is just incorrect. There are many games that can improve certain mental functions, memory, etc. but everything else he said is facts.

It's better than abandoning it entirely. Use it wisely. In other words, make sure you do YOUR utmost to not ruin the generation that comes from you and the people you influence, but at the same time, involve stuff that you like in a controlled manner, which makes the grind more enjoyable. Life is temporary on Earth, we're not living for eternity. No one, Being weak or strong won't last forever. Is temporary, we're human beings that could exist temporary until God decides so, it depends which habits you like Good or Bad. Its our desicion to choose. Believe me you can still play video games or watch lots of movies while you work or in School etc. Gaming is not a bad habit, its entertainment, Eat whatever you like but don't go crazy everyday, Control, enjoy life. Life is short, stay healthy and strong but it wont last because on Earth, is temporary, the real life its at Heaven, be a good person whats really important in life, God created the materials here, Mankind use those materials to creat and build, Remember life is temporary, we will soon parish from here.

My best advice, if you struggle with food, would be to invest in larger air fryer. It's extremely easy to use and also fast. Salmon takes around 9 minutes, the whole chicken breast under 20min, fries(cut potatoes with little bit of olive oil) around 15-20 min depends on the volume. The next think you should buy is rice cooker, again you just put two scoops of rice, rinse it, add water + salt and it cooks on its own. Best thing about these appliances, you can pay minimal attention to the cooking process and do other stuff, while your dinner is getting ready.

Agree with all but the last one. One of the things that makes men weak is when they shut their emotions somewhere deep inside and never take a look at them. This makes them insecure, causes anxieties and makes them overcompensate. Yes, you said "meditate and be in touch" but that's not enough. Most men have been shutting their emotions in for so long, that meditation will NOT be enough to actually learn to feel & understand their own feelings. You have some growing to do. But the other 5 points I totally agree with.

Everything seems to be cool, but all young mans are living with parents and they have certain control over their lifes until they achieve being adult. Its not easy to change all your habits if you have parents or even friends, that are constantly dragging you off from that way. Simple example is when u want to sleep 8h but your mom at 5AM are unpacking dishwasher and before going out to work, she vacuuming whole house with your room, by the way. These tips are ok, but sometimes u need to adapt to conditions you're already in and be very patient. Trust the process.

This is a common weak person minded thing, when something bad happens they let their sadness affect the rest of the day. When theyre angry they say things they regret saying or do things they regret doing. you think hes saying to supress your emotions but its quite the opposite.

This "too emotional" part is 100% true not just because of the harsh world of men and it being a weakness, but also about relationships with women. Even if some women say we should show our emotions more at the same time for most of those women men who show more emotions than the majority of other men are very often no relationship material. Very often they do not even want to admit it and end up with men who are the clear opposite. So yeah... we have to control our emotions.

@Bobby Being emotionless would be detrimental for your well being, it's important to say and do what you feel, but you might be right about women wanting a more alpha male stoic type partner even if they say they don't. 🤷‍♂️

Im sorry But if you think you have to hide your true feelings in order to keep a girl the problem is not the women. The problem is you. You should not push away opportinities to seek help emotionally just cause u think that it would turn women off. If the get turned off, then so what? You are the most important thing in your life. Girls who seriously would leave you on the basis of you showing some sort of weakness are not girls to build a life with/get kids with. Its a toxic way of treating yourself.

@@willysvendsrud3092 I am the most important thing in my life, but I also always wanted to be with women and to build a family at the right time which I did. Happily married for 5 years with two kids. Being too emotional as a man does shrink the circle of finding a potential partner because most women do not want their partner being too emotional. I am not against that in general nor did I say that you have to be emotionless. One thing is to hide your emotions and not showing them, but controlling them is something completely different. Just stating some facts.

I also saw and heard so many different ways of self-improvement but I am really confused. Before watching Hamza, I used to watch alpha m or whatever he’s named and I used to think that he was right because of how desperate I am. I used to read comments to make sure he was and I was convinced he was at the end of the day. Now I just realized maybe he wasn’t and saw that Hamza’s way to deal with mental health is better. People in real life told me other ways to deal with it and now I realized everyone is brainwashed in a way or another since they tell me the total opposite. Now I want to ask you guys and please answer me honestly, does Hamza’s way of thinking really improves mental health? I don’t want to sound like a Jeffrey or a hater, in fact I really LOVE your videos. I just want to make sure I am in the correct path before full commitment.

And everyone who follow Christ should be born again, that means you should change the way of your life and be born again.) This is true about being emotional! My friend was too emotional, he used to cry a lot! He was so loyal to his girlfriend, he asked her opinion in every matter... But at the end, she lost her interest! She started to ignore him and my friend started to become more desperate! He started to take weed Then we asked her what happened? She replied "I aspire a man like Dhruba (a character from Bengali Novel, he is abusive! her wife always waited for his affection) your friend is like man child! I want someone strong" If you act emotional and expose your emotion to your girlfriend, they will loose interest! I am not saying you can't be emotional or depressed! Ofcourse we will be.. But acting on emotion or driven by emotion is form of weakness! NO Woman likes emotional man.. They say they do, but actually do not.. They will choose someone strong! I'd argue being "in-touch" with your emotions is a very good thing. Been in touch with your emotions doesn't mean being overly-emotional. It means that you have and can feel them, but control them and direct and show them appropriately. Though this probably has the same meaning as what you described as being "aware". Being chaotically emotional with any emotion is never good.

Man i liked what he said about not letting emotions dictate actions was interesting . When i was at work today, i had just finished the main part of my job and my coworker asked if i can help her with something cos she was there at 5am til 8pm and i was like i dont want to. But then i was like why not. I still had an hour to do something that took minutes to do. I told her i got it so she can leave. And all i was thinkin was i dont feel like it. Gotta get rid of that thought.

About the sleep thing, in my honest opinion, I don't think that sleeping at 8 pm to wake up at 6 am for a 8 hour sleep is actually realistic for most people, a lot of people (including me) have work or school, or both, and sleeping at 8 is honestly impossible, we have the same hours a day but we do different things. If you just work out, read, or do self improvement and can sleep 10 hours that's fine, but I can only sleep 8 hrs because of school.

And where is all this coming from? Purely off your opinion or is it based on facts? It seems more like your own emotions and things from this video that made you weak. Not everyone is they same and surely same things don't apply to every person. Your statements in this video came out very bold to me and you made an impression that these videos make you feel strong.

I was shocked to see you brought up stoicism at the end cause thats exactly what i believe in. For whatever reason youtube recommended this video when i needed it the most. Have experienced both sides of living a healthy, social and active lifestyle, having the confidence to pick up women any day, but havent been able to recover from the lockdown. Put on 10-12 kgs, the worst shape of my life, hair started receding and thinning out and literally cannot look at myself in the mirror. Started playing video games as a time pass and that comforted me because i could socialise online. Im fully aware of the terrible stage of my life im at, and I acknowledge that my emotions are still what drag me down. They also bring back too many memories of when i was a kid and got bullied heaps for wearing thick glasses, so I question my value, which I shouldn't. Big stoic lesson: don't try to please others, seek your own applause. It sucks to go past a day without receiving a single message or having the feeling that no one cares about you unless they have an interest in something you do or can offer. My social life has been reduced to almost nil and as much as I'm trying to get better, Im the only one responsible to blame for. Cause I know these bad moments are fleeting and will be overcome. All I need is full control of my emotions and hard work to get back to the top. Great video, great message and great editing. Youre doing your good deed by conveying such a powerful message, as per stoic rules, so keep it up!

Agree on everything except video games. It helps release emotions in a controlled environment. Angry? Go play a shooter game or GTA V, depressed? go online with friends and enjoy. Keep enjoying what you like and never feel bad about playing video games, but do it in moderation.

I agree. As I’m getting older I’m not spending a lot of time on video games as I did when I was younger. Now it’s more casual and mostly single player games. I love playing video games for the story line and gameplay. To me It’s no different from watching a movie or a TV show.

@@Self_improvementwith_Sphe Sometimes, you don't need to gain anything material, stress builds up and some don't go to the gym to release it or exercise to feel better. Some negative emotions need to be released in a controlled environment rather than actually picking up fights so playing games actually benefit some people. You may also find inspiration and interests from them. Ex. I switched from a career as a chef to an IT staff because of video games and was actually able to find work as a tech support for a gaming company then eventually moving to an IT account specialist for a medical firm which had my ideal work and life balance and with my skills, I was able to be good at my work while also side hustling selling food. Kids these days earn more money by just streaming their games so you can actually gain something if you know how to use it. It's sometimes the things that you count as useless that are more in demand in today's economy. Especially IT which, amazingly, pays better than most jobs while doing less. Always think of ways to earn money from the things you do everyday. Don't be a loser that thinks the activities that they don't do are a waste of time.
