Notes for y'all: 1. Broke and Unambitious You can be broke, but if a women see that your future is bright they will still be attracted. Because it seems exciting. 2. You're not mysterious Mystery brings curiosity. Always leave them wanting to know more. 3. You aren’t present Presence is being fully in the moment rather than overthinking. When you think too much, girl’s will notice and be less attracted. 4. You aren’t physically attractive Build your physique by going to the gym and eating well. 5. Personality Weirdo: bad social skills, weird mannerisms. Be yourself, but develop your social skills and mannerisms so that you don’t seem weird to women. 6. Neediness Neediness is caring too much (replying too fast/asking to hang out too much). Must have other options/other things you are working on in your life. If you aren’t where you want to be now, that’s okay, it just means you’ve got tons of room for improvement (which you can fulfill). I have an amazing video on this last concept called “It’s okay to suck, right now”. It’s only 2 min if you want to watch.

#5. Weirdo or quirky? Because I like quirky guys, or guys who are 'different' in some way, from the rest. Btw, a great personality trumps physical attributes. WE can fall in love with 'physically unattractive', because the personality of the guy is so attractive... Especially if he is humorous and makes us laugh. #6. If a girl really likes you, she won't mind if you are attentive to her texts and communicating with you. If you start playing games with a girl who likes you, by making her wait and wonder, you could turn her off and lose her.

Notes for y'all: -Do not stress over women -It's good to have em but not worth stressing over and destroying yourself. -If you just improve yourself to boost your confidence then girls will be attracted to you but you have to start the convos. -Some of your first attempts at talking to women probably won't go well, you'll subconsciously act needy and all but with time you will improve. -My last point doesn't mean approach them randomly, that's creepy as fuck man. There will be a time where you can. Most people here are young so in school presents lots of opportunities to start convos. -Most important tip, act natural and don't overthink.

I recently got my first girlfriend after starting self improvement. She noticed that I improved my physique and my mental health drastically and after 6 months (when I first started), she barely recognised me. I gave it my all in every criteria, I joined kickboxing, I started going to the gym with my girlfriend and we're constantly improving. She had severe mental health issues and she said that I hepled her tremendously. I genuenly feel like I am making my friends lives better by being there for them, I always motivate them. I couldn't have done it without you Hamza, I'm forever grateful for the help and guidance that you provided for me.

When it comes to neediness……the key is to match a girls effort and energy. No double texting……if she doesn’t seem to care, let her go…. If you’re always initiating conversations and she never does, move on…. It’s ok to show interest/attraction……but if all you get back is zero effort on her part, let it go……..

Something I have been wondering my whole life is "why I have always been single?" Here are the reasons: 1°: My mental health, I am currently working on myself and be a better human and I'm thankful for what I have achieved/learned. 2°: Worrying too much, I think this is the common overthinking process everyone complains about. 3°: My body, It doesn't matter what my body type is or it's size, what matters is that I need to be comfortable enough in an appropriate body, that's why exercising a lot makes me happy and still get to rest a little bit and eat well. 4°: Emotions, literally every man's problem. Guys, my body is getting the right treatment with my training, so practice mental health, satisfy your curiosity even on the smallest details because with proper knowledge, you'll be wiser, you'll be happier and with practice life will be much more entertaining and fulfilled. Who knows what important things you'll learn in life and how you can use it to get what you need in the future.

Here are a few extra add-ons, coming from a girl who stumbled across this video: - Even if you’re rich, if you’re unambitious girls won’t like you - Being mysterious and not needy is a really big thing. The girl would feel awkward if she feels like a guy is constantly all over her. Instead, try to play hard to get occasionally, but don’t overdo it or she’ll get the wrong hint. Like some days you can take 15 hours to reply to her snap, and other days 2 minutes. She will wonder what took you so long on those days and think about you more often ;)

Your story about when you were young, reminded me of my brother and my cousin. They were the same age, they were had friends but they weren’t considered bf material. My brother had a growth spurt in high school. He grew so fast the baby fat he struggle with couldn’t keep up, stretched, and he looked lean. Then he join sports and lifted weights. It seemed like over night his body went from bow to wow. Girls that barely talked to him gravitate towards him. My cousin stayed the same but learned how to converse and became fashionable and he started attracting. So physical appearance and not being awkward are spot on. For me confidence was really helped them with girls. His body transformation helped him lose the low esteem vibe. While my cousin gained confidence through getting comfortable around them. The more he tried the less it bothered him to be around girls. His posture straighten up and did not hesitate. Confidence, is knowing you will be chosen, and not an if question. If not then be ok, it wasn’t that person. The key, and I agree with you, if a guy cannot and will choose himself why would she? Learn who you are. What qualities would make you choose you? Start the confidence journey with that and confidence won’t be an issue.

An often overlooked part of self improvement is the company you keep. A Roman philosopher, I believe he was Seneca, said something along the lines of "as a whetstone sharpens the blade, a man sharpens another". If you surround yourself with likeminded individuals geared towards improvement you'll get there much faster. First fix yourself, then invite someone in your life. You can't have a relationship if you're not squared away.

First I used to be sick weekly now (it doesn’t seem much but it is) now I have just been doing everything for a month (aka not being sick). The reason I used to get sick so much was because of social situations, I’d get scared, terrified even. But you, you helped me so so much and I just wanted to thank you for that. You know, being present is honestly probably the most important thing to get down *immediately*. If you are present, you will learn so much without needing to be told. I've been needy, and noticed how the girl I liked just stopped responding to my texts with any enthusiasm. A girl once asked me what I do when I got home, and I was honest, I eat dinner, then play video games almost every day. Awkward for the rest of that conversation. But when you're present, when you're paying attention, you notice that kind of shit. You see where you need to improve, where you need to keep your mouth shut. Now I finally got a girlfriend, and I can see how much she is attracted to me because I've improved in these areas. I don't text her all day just for fun, when I describe my pastimes I say the interesting stuff like my instruments and workouts and make sure to avoid saying I play video games. I tell her about the job I'm studying for. I give her hints about my more controversial opinions, and even though she probably disagrees with much of it, she's interested. Pay attention. This is important for all things in life, but girls especially. How will you learn if you do not pay attention?

Thanks for your teachings again, Hamza, always helping us to improve ourselves, you don't see everybody doing it on KZbin. I'd just add one more thing or maybe complement the reason 4 with good posture. If you're not in shape right now, either because you've start exercising recently or is just fucking lazy, the minimum you should have is good posture, I'd say that's even more important than being shred. Stand up straight, with your head up, even if you're not the "hot guy" rn, is already something that improves your image and, of course, health. Thanks again for your vids bro🙏

I made a promise to myself that 2022 was the year I’d do something to change my 155 pound 11 year old physique. I walk 5 km to school every morning and back, my body has been experiencing incredible changes since I’ve been watching you in July 2022. I’m only 12 and I obviously am too young to go to the gym but doesn’t mean I can’t make my physical attractiveness better. Thank you hamza and for the other peoples lives you’ve changed

Borther hamza no hate, you were actually a person that inspired my self improvement when I was extremely depressed. I went from 260lbs to 185 and drastically improved my physique, not the best but better which made me happy for a while. Attraction definitely came from women but it wasn’t the right form attraction(lust) . This self improvement journey was last year but after it I still felt empty. I don’t believe the right form of attraction is 100% about physique or even personality. 2 months ago I converted to Islam and became a practicing Muslim (not perfect) what repentance is for… so I lowered my gaze and tried to not attract the wrong form of attraction(lust) but yet it made the struggle harder and the lustful attraction towards me is even more strong than when I was solely focusing on MY SELF IMPROVEMENT. And not on my creator… Alright I gotta drive now but Idk what else to say, love you brother and thank you.

To sum up I don’t believe this lustful attraction bs and only focusing on getting women is they key to life, it can’t be? On number 4, I am unattractive. Am I down on myself about that? A little, but I've been working out a lot. I'm going to the gym and I will get a better physique, I disciplined myself to think that regardless if I am anxious or depressed or just having low energy, I'm still gonna go to the gym and do what I need to do. I used to be in that mindset where I was totally down on myself, but my confidence is mostly regaining. Trust me Hamza, I have goals in mind and personally, I want to run my own business eventually. That being a cannabis dispensary. For now, I'm working hard to the best of my capability. I will get from point A to point B.

@@Gaze73 No, a legal cannabis dispensary. That is exactly why in legal states, there is a limitation of what you can buy in each dispensary. I mainly want a dispensary because cannabis overall is highly profitable but simultaneously I never want consumers to overbuy and make it an addiction, which is something most tobacco companies induce. They are careless and are only there for the money, however I do care about customers and cannabis can be used to actually help people with mental illnesses/mental disorders. I know that's my pov on cannabis, but it's the truth. I never want to sell something for any harm doing.

I hope everyone sees this comment. My girl dumped me yesterday. She was interested in me for over 4 years and prolly a month ago I noticed her. We have started talking, we went out for dates, met up etc. And she dumped me. I was looking for anwers, like others would do, I was desperate, how could this happen. She said a lot of stuff yesterday, like she doesn’t know her feelings, she doesn’t know where she is in our relationship, she mentioned other things as well, but i didn’t know what she meant by those. We had a special relation between us. And i was sure it wasn’t her, it was me who ruined it. When I heard the 6th reason, I was SHOCKED. Neediness is an awful thing a guy can do. I was indeed needy in our relationship. She knew her place, i rated her more, I kinda forced her into unpleasant events for her. And now I understand everything. With this, I want everyone to know this and avoid being needy. Learn from others mistakes. Man you speaking facts always, keep it up❤

Unless you're very short with bad facial genetics, you can easily improve your attractiveness. Most normal guys (5-6/10) can become 7/8 if they fully looks max - Get a new wardrobe + accessories + a few fragrances - Weekly grooming/haircut (get a hair transplant if needed) - If you're older (30+) get your blood work done and start TRT if needed - Go to the gym and follow a program (full body 3x p/w is optimal for most naturals - both from e result and consistency perspective) The above isn't expensive, doesn't take a lot of work, yet so few men do it.. And people need to understand how easy it is to get and maintain a good physique. Even as a natty. Full body 3x per week with progressive overload on compound lifts + a few accessory movements will get you there. 10-20 sets per body part p/w and focus on perfecting your form. Get in and out in 60-90 min.
