I can't say whether it's only these videos, but I started self improvement for about six months. I've been on the gym, a hardcore clean bulk, face care and everything and I recently got my first girlfriend. I'm in my mid teens, and would never believe I would be where I am six months ago. Girls now ask me for my snap, talk to me in the most random times. My mental health drastically improved and I would say I owe that to you Hazma.

Hamza I love your channel man, I've been watching you sense around august. I've got to say I'm not the best person right now but sense I discovered your channel I definitely gotten better. I can definitely respect someone who exposes how the real world is because this is something very few people do. When I watch your videos it's like a reminder not to give up, to try not to let bad habits control my life, something so many of young men are doing and it's destroying their lives, this is the life I want to walk away from.

Notes: - fix your hair - make sure that you shower in the morning and that your hair is actually clean - buy different products and see what works for you (gel, clay, wax, etc.) - improve your fashion - the best way to look good in any clothing is to have an aesthetic physique - find clothes that you like wearing, don't be influenced by someone else into wearing articles that look okay but you don't really like - don't forcefully change what you like to wear to look good, but find better of what you like to wear - clothing sets are great since they are meant to match and won't ever look out of place - fix your posture - if you have the posture of a beta male, people will treat you like a beta male - your posture should be so straight that it almost feels like you're doing too much - chest out, chin up, shoulders back

I’m a woman… but i still got a lot of info out of this for me and my husband. We’re country casual people, but we like to look nice and clean when we go out. This helped us to realize “okay we like comfortable, casual as our general style” but when we go out “okay I like that matching suit with these clean solid shoes”.. or even just solid pants with a button up and layered jacket. it took us a while to get out of the cheap and comfy headspace but when we did we started feeling like a whole younger and hotter couple 🤣 keep in mind we were only 17 and 21 when we were married, but we’re going on 10 years of marriage and are both still in our early twenties. We got so used to this comfortable and sensible lifestyle that we forgot what it was like to dress up and just have fun, be flirtatious. And actually care about your image.

Hamza has probably become my biggest role model over the past year that i started watching his videos.Because of hamza i started working out,taking care of myself physically and mentally and also becoming a better person all around,before i got into his videos i was 14 and 6”1(although it seems like that’s a cheat code it wasn’t)i didn’t workout,i got shit sleep,was awkward around girls.But now a year later after working on my posture i’m nearly 6”3 and gained 12 pounds since i started working out.I’m going to raise my future son like hamza helped raise me and to not to all the mistakes i did.Thank you hamza

the clothing hack is the best one i have ever heard, i have found my best style is raw denim and casual shirts/polo's that make my arms look good and fit tight around the chest but not tight tight around the stomach. i have found that color matching is the best skill you could have, beige/green and light blue denim etc. don't wear the popular kids shirt, wear the shirt that would make you popular

I've been obsessed with styling my hair and with hair products since I was about 5 years old. Thanks to my sisters and my mom for making me always aware of how I look. I was walking with my uncle once when I was 11 or something and he said "look my hair isn't even done, but it doesn't matter as long as you are confident" I really wanted to say "stfu uncle you have no idea what you are talking about!!"

1. Better hairstyling 2. Clothing that matches 3. Better posture. Tip: For this part you can use a bar to hang on, and over time you'll get better posture because it eases tension in the back. We're gonna make it brahs!

For people who are confused about what hair product they should use, I suggest using sea salt spray because it gives your hair a very natural look, tho it doesn't provide a very strong hold , you can use a hair dryer or styling products like wax , paste or cream to achieve a strong hold after applying sea salt spray. For me only using sea salt spray does the job, it's flexible and doesn't take too much time to style

So in my country I rarely find sea salt spray and its always very expensive and I happen to live near the sea. Could I use real sea water instead of sprays and will it provide me with same results?

A few days into Nofap. It's going great so far. It's mindblowing what Nofap can do even if you're just a few days in. I've started working out, eating more fruits and vegetables but still trying to cut off sugar and I've been reading how to make friends and influence people. Thanks Hamza.

Love your vids, man really appreciate your honest work. For me, while being more attractive to females would be great, and is a plus, I've been at a place in my life where I need to be attractive to myself and not feel like nothing next to other guys really. I wanna be proud of who I see in the mirror, and these types of vids are a huge help. 🙏

How To Become More Attractive: 1. Improve your hairstyle, 3:36 2. Improve what you wear (better clothes), 8:20 3. Improve your posture, 14:06 You can also: Start mewing, build muscle in the aesthetic muscle groups (e.g. back, shoulders, core, etc), clear up your skin (eat less greasy food) and wear lifts (makes you look taller).

@DiscoLizzard

I have some experience with this. What helped me the most is vitamin A, morning and evening face-washing, and products like salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. If you continue to struggle, see a dermatologist as they can prescribe stronger medications like topical/oral antibiotics and isotretinoin. If you experience rare psychiatric side effects from the isotretinoin, ask your doctor about escitalopram. I hope this helps : )

Fellow brothers . If your using a hair wax . Be careful . It could grey your hair . Instead use natural coconut oil, and for styling i make my own hair wax . I use bees wax and melt it . Its some really good stuff . But please don't use harmful hair gels or hair wax .
