My purpose is to become a gym owner. I will lead men and women to better their lives through physical fitness and create a community of positivity and growth. Currently I work construction 9 hours on weekdays (saving for gym equipment and the capital it will take to get the gym started and running). After work I lift weights and then study for my personal trainer certification. Soon I will build a client base through personal training and then scale upwards when it is sufficient. I hope you all find a purpose worthy enough to make a man of you that will energize you through your days.

The end almost made me emotional. Just a few years ago, I was as depressed as it gets. Feeling pointless and suffering through immense shame every single day as you described. I didnt know what it was, I didnt know why. My life was alright, but not special either. But there was this voice in me that was never satisfied. That wanted me to actually do something meaningful and not live that average life my family expected me to do. Now I am 24 years old, founding my own business, having a physique I am proud of and actually getting attention and intimacy from women. That inner voice has calmed down and my depression went away. If I had listened to all those average, brainwashed guys out there, I would be still be there, sitting in my bed and crying and not knowing why. I thank you Hamza, I truly have to. While I didn't start my self-improvement journey with you, your videos never fail to inspire me once I back down even a little bit. I dont listen to anyone out there anymore unless they are somewhere where I want to be in a specific aspect of life. Why would I take advice from someone who is depressed and lost in life? It doesn't make sense

Those addictions are hollow after expriencing it all. My tolerant is too high and I'm grateful for it. Today, I am rewarded by the Dove that I've been feeding. He or She sat right next to me. We looked at eachother with shock. After 5seconds, Dovy flew to a roof with his or her Partner. I'm proud and thankful for Dovy. I gathered enough courage to keep feeding Dovy and The Crows. Then, I started fresh after 5days of bad habits. Thank you, Dovy, Birdos and Hamza.

When I'm out on my jog I look around and see others doing the same thing. It motivates me to keep going. This is because everyone that I'm seeing had that same growth mindset that I had when I woke up at 635AM. Some say it's bad to compare. But I personally think that in order to see where you really need to improve, you need to see how others have overcome their flaws and get after it. This mindset will take you far beyond anything you could have imagined. The world is constantly changing, don't fall into its spiral.

I mostly agree but thhere is too much stress of wrong things. In the past people had time to talk and relax together when they were done working. Now we go to social media when we are done working. During the industrial revolution, factory schools were created with the intention of teaching people just enough to perform machine work. Our modern school systems are based on these factory schools. School doesn't teach you about critical thinking and financial responsibility, not by flaw, but by design. They want you to be just smart enough to do your job and just dumb enough to never want more. The system is designed around people who stay in their social class and never have any ambition. You must be stronger then this...
