I am 19 woman virgin. I feel much calmer and more confident listening to videos like this. People around me and people on the Internet are chasing body count and wanting to lose their virginity, and in this atmosphere I feel very uncomfortable, because I am a total loser by these standards. People claim that masturbating to porn is okay, but I notice that they are deeply dissatisfied with their lives and depressed. I want to say a big thank you to the author of the channel and the guys in the comments who thinks just like me. I believe that a one-night stand will bring nothing but short-term satisfaction and later more sadness. I want to have a serious relationship and create a family with a man I absolutely admire and respect🙏 Thank you for reading

I married my first girlfriend. I saved sex til the wedding night. I spent 7 years in a sexless marriage trying to fix things with someone who fundamentally didn't love me. The cost of choosing the wrong woman is really high. Don't ever underestimate how different high quality vs low quality women are. I'm now 39 and dating a beautiful, sweet, kind, intelligent medical student. She is a thousand times the woman my ex wife was. So I agree with Hamza 100% here.

@@hypnogala you don't need to have sex with women to see examples of healthy relationships. My compass was off from the start. I have been going through some really tough times in academics where I have invested a lot of time into this journey and its nearing its fruition and I have been doubting myself that what if I just do not achieve any of the results that I so hungrily desire? So I have been literally blaming all of my past mistakes or all the hours I have wasted in the past when I could have sat down studying, as the cause of my downfall in the future. But this statement really flipped something inside of me. Maybe I will not get the results that I desire. Maybe I will not succeed in my mission. But I have put myself through mental hell to get where I have gotten and I am proud of how far I have come. None of this has been a problem to me, all my pains and everything, its all just an experience

Dear men, please do not be ashamed or feel less of a man because of your lack of experience. There are women out there who want an inexperienced guy. One of the best qualities you can hope to find in a man is self control. By refusing to sleep with women before marriage you prove that you have it. A good woman will appreciate it. I myself am 22'yo virgin and whenever someone ask me why so, I explain that I want to stay faithful to my future husband❤️ Btw did you know that couples who are virgins until marriage have the lowest chances of getting divoreced?

Summary/Notes Story: - You will feel left out for not having s*x. It feels like you are missing out. Then you wonder "What if it's beneficial to have s*x and experience this beforehand?" and you might think that is beneficial, but what are you aiming at? Eventually, the goal seems to be to have children and have experience so you can be better with your wife. However, it's actually better to focus on yourself and it is the biggest mistake people make to just play and get experience with women. Hamza says that sleeping getting experience with other women is not a good thing. - Learn from other people's mistakes. Reasons: 1. The less you focus on women the more you focus on yourself. - Let's say you are not having s*x but texting girls. That will sap 40% of brain power; it takes a huge amount of energy. The root to success is to focus on 1 or 2 goals. However, it takes a lot of energy even to THINK about girls. It's delayed gratification to improve yourself.' 2. Practicing with other girls means that fundamentally these girls will be of lower quality. - If you don't want to pursue a long term relationship and just want the experience, it means that these people you practice with will be of lower quality. If you just play you learn and practice the wrong things. The higher quality women don't have the same standards as the lower quality ones. Therefore, if you use the strategies you use to get the lower quality women it won't work on higher quality women. - It's like practicing basketball for football or vice versa. 3. You will fall in love with women than you don't want long term. - You'll have memories with a women that was supposed to be practice. 4. Wanting experience with women is cope. - Wanting experience means that we will use this experience in the future, but you can't use this experience. Wait and don't waste time chasing low quality women. You will lose goals trying to 'practice.' You're going to meet someone who is "the one" one day. And the experience you have with that person will be much more valuable than anything else. - Read the "Way of the Superior Man" - It's not a productive self-improvement; it's pleasure. Accept this and you can escape the cycle of living for the next high. - Worst worst worst case scenario, to satisfy the urge, you can fap once a week without porn. 5. Practice with the women you want to be with your wife. - Women have different styles. So if you are practice with people that have a different style with your wife, your expectations are set in the wrong way. There will be a moment in your life when you want to marry somebody. Why would you practice with people you don't care about when you can practice with a person you do? Learn things with the best quality women not the worst. - Instant gratification never served us well. Think of the marshmallow experiment; you are the person who ate the first marshmallow. There is a level of man who doesn't indulge in women. - The highest quality women have a masculine father figure. This is undeniable. Wait for the second marshmallow. The high quality women will be curious about your history. You can't hide your past. If you practice now with people you don't care about, you will get a person who doesn't care about you. This is about your children too, not just you. Degenerosity compounds through our bloodline. Advice: - Don't date and work hard. - You can tell when a women is wife material. Don't cope. This is easier to do if you haven't had sex with those people. - Distraction compounds. - You don't have to find "the one" they will find you as long as you wait. Hamza you are changing people's lives. Thank you, truly. Do the hard work especially when you don't feel like it.

I am 21 and a virgin. For a while, from about 17-19 I was feeling completely pathetic and like I needed to get experience to please a woman, and I thought the only way I'd be able to do that was to improve myself. So I started lifting, eating better, doing cardio, and during this time I ended up becoming closer with God and converting to Catholicism. I realized that there is no point in trying to "get experience" when I can just wait to find the woman who will be my wife and get that "experience" with a woman who I actually love and who actually loves me. I am currently seeing a girl who I think has a good chance of being the one, and have already set the boundaries with her that I do not want to have sex with her preferably until we are married(or at least engaged despite it still being a sin) as that is what the Catholic Church wants me to wait for. At the moment, my primary focus is to continue improving myself, and hopefully building a good relationship with this girl.

Hamza your content on masculinity is so important in this day and age. I met this girl who casually brought up in conversation how she noticed men are becoming less masculine and more feminine and how she liked it. Coincidentally later that night I protected her and her friend from getting mugged and was decisive in getting them to safety. She ended up being attracted to me afterwards which disproves her earlier point. If I was the weenie I was before discovering your videos I wouldn’t have kept us all safe. You’re saving lives. I saw people having fun, I saw plenty of couples. When I got home I broke down in tears. I realise now that by doing nothing but work, more work and exercise, I have no life. I don't think that this path will lead to anything better when I'm 30. You say that you regret most of your past hook ups and relationships, but maybe that was all necessary to get where you are now. I don't want to get into hook up culture, but dating women you aren't sure of doesn't seem like a bad thing. All the "work hard now, have fun later" advice I've received over the years has killed me.

I’m personally not that experienced but from my perspective it’s good to get experience talking to women without necessarily sleeping with them. Most young men are unable to even communicate with the opposite sex and need experience in the clubs/bars/parties.

I was wondering what’s wrong with me when I ultimately realized what I was doing wrong from the start and that was not focusing on myself and fearing the idea of missing out at a young age. I’ve been fasting this year for Ramadan and it has made me come closer to this idea. Thank you for this Video Hamza. You are a God send

You sir are an incel. All of this body count bullshit is solely on social media. The moment you delete TikTok and Instagram, the issue simply vanishes. Have sex with someone you feel comfortable with, or choose to be a virgin. Quite frankly, nobody cares how if you've slept with someone so long as you don't carry emotional trauma from past relationships. One night stands are never fun. I slept with a woman I was seeing, then she immediately cut me off within days of having sex. No explanation. Dating is simply an experience and something that you cannot get mad about. Just move on and continue looking for compatible partners whom you enjoy spending time with. And focus on being the best version of yourself.

im turning 21 next month and im still a virgin. Im the only one out of my close friends who hasnt had any experience with women and was thinking along the same lines as Hamza mentioned at the beginning of the video worried about needing practice for when i meet a girl i genuinely feel a strong connection with. im currently at uni and achieve pretty good grades, ive been hitting the gym for a few years now and ive built a physique im happy with, fixed up my fashion choices and grooming and i notice that i get attention from more girls, its almost like the way they act around me has changed compared to when i was unathletic and had bad acne as a teenager. However, i still struggle with addictions which have led to feelings of depression and inadequacy and im always making up excuses as to why im not good enough to pursue women. This video has changed my mindset - my high standards arent a bad thing and as long as i focus on the positive habits my bad habits will slowly fade away (im not as addicted as i used to be) and my final destination is the best version of myself in a healthy relationship with a high quality woman, however long that might take. Thanks for removing that pressure I was feeling that is always distracting my mind and prolonging bad mental health.

@@Ryan-ji2xg If nobody's told you yet, I'm proud of you bro. You came up from rock bottom and you're working on bettering yourself. I've been in the same place and here's my advice: 1. Let go of your trauma. Most people pick up an addiction because of trauma. Getting high lets you escape and forget about your problems for the moment, but they'll always come back, usually worse because you put it off so long and because you're abusing your body and mind. Whatever trauma is eating at you, you need to feel it and let it go, no matter how hard it is. Only then can you heal. 2. Positive thoughts. Your thoughts drive your emotions, so you need to stop wallowing in negativity and self pity. You had a tough past and made mistakes, but you're not the same person anymore. Instead of regretting your past, think about what it taught you and how it made you stronger. Stop labeling yourself and letting your past define you. 3. Self love. I know you want to make friends and get a girl but how can you love others, when you don't even love yourself. Let go of judgment, and think about everything you love about yourself. If this is hard to think about, ask yourself what you're grateful for. You have an able body and a functioning mind. You could be in a wheelchair, paralyzed, or in a coma, so always remember to be thankful. This will take time, so be patient and remember to forgive yourself. 4. Train your focus and memory. You're still young and can change your brain. Even if you're older it's possible. Natural foods, good sleep, and getting sun are the minimum you should do. Reading will help you form thoughts and writing will help you organize your thoughts. You should practice talking out loud and with people. Practice makes perfect. 5. Try fasting and eating brain foods. Research the benefits of lions mane mushrooms, walnuts, almonds, etc... I'm recommending these 3 personally since I've used them. I highly recommend you research fasting too. I intermittent fast, and sometimes I'll do a 1-2 day fast, which acts as a reset for my body/mind. Fasting gets rid of brain fog and induces autophagy, which is when the body destroys old and damaged cells and used them to repair and build new cells. 6. Put yourself out there. Make friends at the gym, at work, and start conversations. As an introvert it's hard, but greet people, learn their names, and start connecting more. And stop overthinking. If you see an attractive woman, go talk to her. So what if she rejects you? It'll make you stronger. Lastly, you'll attract the right people when you live authentically and lead with love. Don't chase anyone, and get comfortable being alone, there's peace in solitude. I know it sounds cliche, but believe in yourself. Your mind is so powerful and once you understand that, your life will change for the better. Also be patient with yourself, change doesn't happen overnight. One last thing, self improvement has 3 pillars, mental, physical, and spiritual. Don't neglect spiritual growth. If you want to talk more, lmk.

@@yush_609 cheers bro I appreciate it I have been on self improvement properly for almost a year now coming up around September time and although I was smoking weed everyday up until the 3rd of may coming up to near a month sober now and the worst of the withdrawals have passed so I haven’t drank alcohol in 2 weeks today so I have been stone cold sober for two weeks when I wrote that last message I was struggling mentally u know how it is bro but just felt good to let what was bothering me most out thank you for your kind words and support I have been running for almost a year on average 3x a week although there where weeks I took off due to injury and what not I have been eating cleaner and less for the most part and funny u mentioned intermittent fasting I do that from time to time not on the regular tho it is good for shooting weight off fast but I don’t like to do it too much I take supplements such as ashwaganda, iron, vitamin b, calms valerian root, cbd oil drops and cod liver fish oil I also like to drink low calorie flavoured vitamin water I try to watch my sugar intake and take in a fair amount of protein I also do cold showers I’ve acc been doing them more regularly now since am trying to stay sober there’s nothing like finishing a run and getting a cold shower done u feel great after it all it’s a mini high on its own but u don’t feel like a piece of shit because your making the right choices I also practice no fap it was easier when I was smoking weed because if u crave a fap u just smoke another j instead😂 but coming up to a week on that my highest streak was 8 weeks the issue is now that since I’ve lost so much weight I’ve a bit of loose skin it’s isn’t noticeable when I stand up but when I get on my hands and knees I’ve got saggy tits and a saggy belly it hasn’t even been a year since I’ve lost all that weight I started at 16st 10 or 17st 10 I can’t remember which tbh although I did originally weigh 19st 6 in 4th year but lost some over the year due to drug use and cigarettes I still think I might need a tummy tuck when my skin shrinks to its full potential idk I’ll have to wait and c but to get a tummy tuck I need to quit smoking or else they wont let u it messes up the recovery process am actually confident I can do it I plan on vaping cbd until the nicotine withdrawals pass and then since cbd isn’t addictive it wont have withdrawals I just have to get over the mental addiction of inhaling and exhaling vapour but am not ready to quit just yet am focusing on staying sober and loosing even more weight for now because I hear it’s common to gain a lot of weight when u quit nicotine so I feel like I should use it to my advantage for now I want to get in the gym and start lifting weights but I don’t c the point right now because am trying to loose weight so am in a calorie deficit most of the time I have the odd day where I go over my calories to keep my motabolism in check but when I do I try to eat healthy whole foods for the most part but I do cheat from time to time ngl I was eating a lot of shit that first 2 weeks of weed withdrawal surprisingly I had more of an appetite no clue how most people don’t have an appetite when they quit but not me and then when I get my tummy tuck it’ll take months to properly recover so I also don’t c the point in joining a gym for a bit getting a tummy tuck and loosing all my progress from doing fa for so long I have a plan for it all the issue is am human and there’s a good chance am gonna have set backs but I’ll try remain strong and do what needs to be done I want to start dating now and getting on a dating app but I don’t c the point if I’ve loose skin I feel like it would just be a turn off for her and how do I even mention it do I just let her find out and if I do get in a relationship and we do start fucking then when I quit smoking I’ll most likely be a dick and when I get the tummy tuck we can’t fuck for a good month or so because the incision is done right above your dick Ano am over thinking it all but I just like to plan things out in my head am about to turn 21 I already feel behind in life and it just gives me a lot of stress and anxiety but at the same time am hopeful and to an extent confident it will all work out because it has to I can’t keep living my life like this the amount of times I’ve got fucked up by myself or with fake cunts it gets boring after a while and usually just brings me more issues tired of it all like do u think I should start trying to date with loose skin? I think it would only really be noticeable in the missionary position but what am I supposed to do just do cow girl and doggy😂 or wear a shirt then she’ll just think am not confident and self conscious which is probably more of a turn off idk what to do about that one tbh I wanna give dating a try soon but still have shit to do issue is if I wait I might not be in that position for another year or two prob less than two tbf I’ve accomplished a fair wack and it ain’t even been a year idk how I can be so confident and i unconfident at the same time😂

Hey Hamza, just wanted to let you know how much this video has helped mee get over recent events. I’m currently 17, have a slight stomach but I’ve put on quite some muscle over the past few years. I’ve asked out 4 girls and approached 1 (but couldn’t get the words out of my mouth and just ran away). I’ve mainly done it because my brother (8 years elder to me) told me to as when he went to college, he saw so many grown ass men afraid to approach a woman and didn’t want me to turn out the same way. But this last girl was different, I felt like I genuinely loved her and could see myself spending the rest of my days with her (ik, big talk from someone who’s so young and inexperienced but I’m being honest here). So I asked her out and she rejected me saying that she wasn’t really looking for a relationship right now, but I decided to stay in the friendzone, something which I hadn’t done before because she was genuinely fun talking to plus we shared some of our friends. But my want for her only grew and I saw myself trying to be her boyfriend again over the next few months, I followed some of your tips on how to get out of the friendzone by avoiding her and being cold-hearted, it didn’t feel right but I did it cuz I was told I would get results. It didn’t work and I found us only drifting farther apart. Eventually I realized that I couldn’t keep living a lie and had to get out of the friendzone one way or another. So just 2 days ago, I told her all this and asked her out a final time but she said that she was already seeing someone else at the time. I had never been dealt a blow this bad in my life before and felt inadequate, I was also really disappointed that it didn’t work out because I felt like I could entirely skip this trouble of finding a girl later if I got one this early. But this video has really helped me revaluate my priorities because I always felt like I needed some experience with women to be able to find my dream wife. Btw this is not a dig at the girl, she did lead me on and made me feel really special, like I’m the one for her but I believe that it was from a place of ignorance and not maliciousness. This video has really helped me out A LOT! And I can’t thank you enough Hamza.

We as men need to be incredibly sharp and keen, wise like serpents and innocent like doves, I see too many men in my life struggling with women. There are few men in my life whose wives are satisfied, loving, loyal and respectful and the difference is in who leads in the relationship, point, blank, period. Never let a woman control you even though most women only want control for attention and so they can do whatever they want, because they’ll never be that feminine woman that you desire deep down. Better off being single than to shack with a nagging woman. Become sharp and immovable then most women will ignore you, leaving only room for the good girls but once you get a girl then they wanna take you away from her NOT because they desire you but because they’re narcissistic. Most guys/girls in todays society are fucked up from a young age, better to let the dead bury the dead. I have so much determination for my 15 nieces/nephews and so many goals to help change others that I cannot be contended with by anyone besides God who keeps me in control. Once you decide that your gonna be in full control then they will come to bring you down to their level, but you won’t let them, you bruise their heads while they bruise your heels.

This video really resonated with me. I have been focusing on growth as opposed to women for almost half a year now, after a mutual break up back in 2022, and if there is one thing I have learnt from the whole 3 year relationship and the time i've been focusing on myself, it's that no matter what your relationship status, or what part of our life you're in: YOU should be the main focus. I began focusing more on my gf and it took a toll on me mentally and physically. Ever since we broke up, Ive been meditating, going to the gym, and spending more time on self-improvement and it has been THE most productive part of my life, thanks to Hamza and a few of my good friends & family. To those reading, remember self improvement should be your priority. Thinking about girls can come after you improve upon your mind and body. Thank you Hamza for giving us all this clarity- you've helped me incredible amounts.

He helps us with "what's right and what's wrong" but you can watch every video about this theme and you'll newer understand the true things that's better for you. After bad experience you can improve yourself much better than after moral lectures. Love this channel

Absolutely bro, I agree. Sometimes it’s best to have some experience before a full blown marriage. The relationship doesn’t even need to be sexual, it can be romantic. But honestly conflicting this with “Degeneracy culture” is quite crude. You don’t need to be a full blown playboy, just live life.

Ever since I habe started taking holistic self improvement seriously I have made tremendous progress and just recently started attracting girls. I have had this mindset for about a week before watching this video, I am 17 and go to a mixed school. I used to think about girls and conversation starters and stuff... but ever since I am only focusing on my education, on myself and about how girls or anyone in this type of environment really cares about you except from yourself, I have been enjoying school way more, also my confidence has gone up significantly too.

I'm 19 and in university. Hamza i just want to thank you for slowly opening my eyes to what a man should be. I've started to read books again because they are the best source of knowledge. I had lost my mother in 2021 and had been struggling mentally to get over it, it feels like i've been alone this whole time and i was slowly drifting away. I've read Deep work and How to win friends and influence people. I started to shead tears after the first 30 pages of How to win friends and influence people because memories had came flooding back. I have ordered Atomic habits and The way of the superior man, so that i can truly understand masculine energy and what it means to be a man and to understand how to be the best man i can be when i find the right woman. Thank you so much!

About chapter 5: Fully agree once again. I'd say wait longer than 7 days, to get those retention benefits, but, honestly, about once per week is what I've been doing. My energy levels and creativity are nice. Could be better, I guess, but, just like with intermittent fasting, one should start with baby steps. I'm hoping to get to once per month sooner than later tho.

I listened to the whole thing and I completely related. Im in my mid 20s, had a relationship with a woman like you talked about. Knew they werent wife material, did end up catching feelings, and had to make the right decision. But I still think about them years later. I find myself becoming worried again with finding a woman since the 30s are fast approaching. But ultimately like you said, I am not looking for a bang maid, I am looking for a woman worth starting a family with. Everything resonates, some thing we must leave up to God. The right one may come along, and being worried about it wont change anything.

This is something that's really eye opening for me. Currently 16. GCSE's finish 16th June. Following that, long summer ahead, prolly going to parties and things like that. It's weird cos my friends have girls, so does my twin brother. I've never been quite sure where I stand, haven't ever been in the party scene, although I'm in a good group of friends and am starting to get invited. It's nice to hear an alternate opinion that you don't need a girl - perhaps it's better without them. But I do feel as though it's a good idea to acquaint yourself with girls, doesn't need to be sex or even a relationship. As you say, if you do find a great girl, it's no longer practise, just a no brainer.

You forget to mention the Insane confidence boost you get. If you are able to bag good looking women consistently, those skills translate extremely well when smooth talking while doing business. It's a skill that heavily bleeds into other aspects of life. It puts your social skills to the test to develop. One year ago I stuttered and always chickened out of asking out women, and basicall a social tard. Then I started to go for easy picks but never ended up anywhere. But just simply talking to them, I got substantially less stress talking to the next one and the next one. It is better to be loved then lose that love to never be loved at all (excluding family)
