이태백 when speaking in Korean, a person uses more of the back of the mouth muscles to form the words. Speaking in English is considered more of the mid to front muscles of the mouth. This is one reason why the tone/sounds are different in all languages. As a native English speaker learning Korean it was hard at first but I noticed a difference in tone from myself.

한국인들이 현재 전시에 대한 긴장감이 단순히 둔감한 것만은 아녜요. 외국인이나 유학생들은 자기네 나라로 돌아가면 되지만 한국인들은 여기서 살아왔고 앞으로도 살아가야 할 터전이니 최대한 안정감을 유지하고 있을 뿐입니다. 이런 분위기는 현재 전시 상황이 아닌 다른 나라에서 일어날 일이라 해도 마찬가지일걸요. 더구나 한국(남한)은 분단국가로서 사실상 섬나라와 같은 상황이니까 내륙을 이용한 피난도 생각할수 없잖아요...? 해외에서 보는 한국의 긴장감은 미국과 일본의 정치적 목적에 의해 만들어진 것이고 거기에 대선때 마다 정치인들이 전쟁분위기를 이용해 왔기 때문에 한국인들은 더 둔감해질수 밖에 없습니다. 늑대가 전쟁이고 양치기 소년이 정치인들이라면 양과 마을사람들은 국민들이랄까요. 어쨌든 오늘도 영상 잘 봤어요~

예비군 훈련이 영어로 reserve training 이라는 것은 처음 알았네요. reserve 는 제가 알기로 보존하다, 예약하다 등으로 아는데 예비군과 뭔가 연관성을 파악할 수는 없네요. 참 영어의 불규칙성은 끝이 없는 것 같아요. 그냥 암기 뿐이겠죠 ㅎㅎ

And if they were aware, any attack was minimal. People everywhere need to be aware that the way things are now, is not how it will be forever.
