Your interpretation of the song is very accurate, it's about the detached and gamified way young people are being trained to think about relationships and sex with the rise of dating apps. Yukina (screams/raps) wrote the lyrics after being surprised and disturbed to find out how many of her close friends were on apps like these.

Oof. That would be disturbing, indeed!!

Please react also to the other Hanabie musicvideos L.C.G, Envy, Time Out and the Ado/Odo cover. They are all very different and all amazing.

Matsuri (guitar) and Hetta's (bass) riffs are so powerful this song just pulls you in from the go, and that breakdown at the end is sooo dirty I feel like I need a shower after that. Yukina, like always, showing us how much she can do vocally. From the growls to the cleans and even her chopper rap style. They blend genres very well. They're amazing. I'm obsessed with them. They have a metal cover of the song "ado" which is fantastic too. Worth checking out.

There are a couple more world class female growlers that are from Japan as well. Yuna Imada, who is retired now, and Emily Arima who took Yuna's place are both outstanding as well. Both did/do harsh vocals for PassCode. For Yuna I would recommend Taking You Out for her best work and for Emily I would suggest Flavor of Blue.

Well I recommended this before I saw you reacted to it lol. This is my favorite song with a video by them. I'd love it if you did a reaction to strictly audio tracks "Our 7days War", "Sunrise Miso Soup" and "Ghost Mania". All 3 are worth a listen, even if there's no music video. O7DW is my favorite song by them and Matsuri's voice on the chorus choked me up the 1st I heard it. Her and Tatiana from Jinjer are the only 2 vocalists to ever make me cry and she did it on O7DW. I just found your channel, gave you a sub. Please enjoy my favorite band, they're worth the listen and the devotion 🤘🏻🖤🤘🏻

Hanabie are 🔥🔥🔥 This is about people specifically using dating apps to cheat but the sentient is broader I guess. It’s Yukina in the video stabbing the guy in the face. It’s not only her growls that are fierce. 😜 She slaps a guy in “Envy” too, which is pretty funny as she’s about 4’ 10” from what I can tell. 😂

Not really just cheating, but the whole idea of "ass on tap". In the song they mention the loss of romance, the desire for a real connection. It's definitely a sentiment I agree with. It's a great song and great message about overuse of the apps and the slow decay of true romance. I love this band and this is the song that sold me on them. They totally blew me away with their singing abilities on top of the amazing growls and brutal music 🤘🏻🖤🤘🏻

Can’t say that I understood any of it… but I felt what I think they were saying. I’m sure the English lyrics will come out and I’ll be waaayyy off 😂 but… To me, it felt like it was about how unconnected dating really has become, despite being told we are “more connected than ever”. It all comes down to swiping left or right. That’s how you start or end a relationship. Literally all the power has been put into our fingertips. No more dates, going out, getting to know someone. You can’t get a feel for the person at all… you read a brief “about me” and look at a few pictures. It’s not a connection. There’s no feeling or emotion that goes into the choice. You just suddenly both match or you don’t and you probably never see each other again. You’re confined to only being what your profile says you are. The emotions and connections just aren’t there. For being so connected, everything and everyone just feels so empty… ya know? At least that’s what I felt. 🤷♂️ either way I’ll be checking out this group some more.

So what do you think her standing behind him with a big knife at the end meant? Pause on his eyeball right at the end. It's a bit Fatal Attraction like.

BRUUUUUH. Enterprise Earth's new album is 🔥🔥🔥 I just saw them live last Tuesday!!
You missed the ending. Yukina, the growling singer, killed the guy. She stalked him after the sex meeting. You could see her following in the dark, holding a knife. And then, in the reflection in the eye of the guy, when he turned around, you saw her kill him.

Yep. It is indeed about how fucked online dating is and how we trivialize other people the same way we'd view slabs of meat in a supermarket. No romance or closeness just 'wam bam, thank you ma'am' and on to the next.

What do you mean by "men in general"?!))) so, do I get to assume that women don't use men for stress relief?)))) apparently, neither of us speaks Japanese))) but I believe that we live in a fucked up times where sex is not a state of mind and soul, but just a physiological need to...cum)) If you look closely, that dude was browsing during the coitus and she knew and didn't give a rats ass about it)) so "men in general" is crumbling like a house of cards))) you are awesome by the way, love your reactions)))
