Yes that was not so clear to me either. He said “to be able to see sensei” I believe he means the grand scheme of his movement how each move follows the next but not sure

That sounds right because he said not fighting but skipping. I have heard sensei say he is skipping from one thing to another like a stone across water.

He's talking about Kyojitsu Tenkan Ho, which could be translated as "methods of interchanging truth and falsehood." So he's saying ninjutsu is about deception, or more accurately, about seeing clearly while allowing the opponent to be tricked by their own misperceptions.
