This one's REALLY EFFECIVE! I have visible hip dips a month ago and I tried to do this for a week, then the next weeks I did this every other day (one or two days gap) with a hundred squats after. I checked my hips today and the dips are gone! (Still not that curvy tho, but at least there's progress!) I'm going to do this again 'til my hips will have visible curves. Thank you, Hana! Literally the most effective hip dip workout I ever tried . This definitely burns so take your time and don’t get down if you can’t complete the 3 rounds in one go . Take breaks when necessary ! ❤️

So when I started this workout I was a little suspicious about the results I would receive from doing 2 excersizes, 5 times a week. But I decided to give it a try. The reason why I didn't record my results day by day on this post was because I didn't want to disappoint anyone if I couldn't finish. But I completed this workout for 2 weeks, and the results were surprising. I started with 34 inch hips and ended with 35 inch hips in 2 weeks! Before starting this challenge I did some research for the best results. My advice is to spend 5-10 minutes activating your glutes. Hours after your last workout your muscles are "sleeping". So this is the reason why you only feel your glutes burning until the middle of the workout video. I did the CelaMar 10 minute glute activation workout, here on youtube. (This will also give you faster results) Next advice is that instead of standing on your hands and knees when doing the donkey kicks is to actually stay on your elbows and knees. This will give you a faster burn. Lastly, (this will kill you but the result is worth it) I added a 5 lbs dumbbell in between the back of my thigh and calf for more bodyweight. One more piece of advice only workout 5 times a week and rest and have a 2 day active break because working out when you are sore will stop the growing process. Wish you good luck, don't give up. :) Update: I decided to continue updating my progress here until I reach my goal. I'm starting the second round of this challenge today, 8/6/20 since I was on a three day vacation since monday. Usually I would do my workouts monday - friday and give myself a 2 day break. But because of school starting, if I miss a day then I will skip a break day to make up for the missed day. Day 1 ✅

i promise i really will update. *day one:* i just finished and i did sweat a lot, i am sore now but i can tell it’s going to work. i did the whole thing and didn’t take any breaks. i’m also going to attempt to eat a lot healthier, low carb- stuff like that. *day two:* i’m shocked right now because i already see a slight difference within just these two days. my thighs and butt burned a lot more than yesterday, i’m pretty sore right now. i’ll check back in tomorrow, good luck to everyone! *day three:* sorry it’s a late update but it burned soooo bad y’all i took a few breaks. i didn’t finish it out i got to 87% i think? it burned really bad i’ve been sore. but i haven’t seen any crazy changes or anything.

*Day 1:* Did a little more after finished the four sets. Tried to eat healthy but I only had one meal. *Day 2:* my hip muscles are really sore but managed to do 30% of the workout. I had a healthy breakfast but I had raman noodles for lunch and I binged on crisps and chocolate because I was really sad *Day 3:* Did the whole thing, my palms were really sweaty the whole time. Time felt to go faster than the first time. The back of my shirt is drenched in sweat and my wrists hurt so bad. Didnt eat healthy at all today *Day 4:* Did the full workout and it got much easier than the first few times. Ate healthy and unhealthy. *Day 5:* Only did three sets and I had taco bell 👉👈 *Day 6:* Too lazy to do it but I'll just count this as a rest day, also didnt eat very healthy *Day 7:* Didnt do it also didnt eat very healthy *Day 8:* Didnt do it also didnt eat very healthy *Day 9:* I realised my butt looks rounders from the back, will try to do it today

Start date: 10th of May Update: 19th of May I can already see results, my side butt has definitely increased and I am getting an hour glass figure. I did the complete workout from the 11th till the 19th of May. However for 2 of those days I only did up to round 1, one day I was on my period, the other I was too tired. I am also eating more food and including carbs in my diet so I am gaining weight in general and the workout just defines the figure so keep at it and I will keep whoever has found this helpful updated! Also if you are debating doing this, do it! And stick at it because you will see results x

Update: Been doing this for a month but I only did this for 11 days only and I can always feel the burn. I tried doing this when I had my period and men it feels uncomfortable especially when you are wearing napkins hahaha. Anyways, this also works for me even just the first few days I can already see a slight difference especially on my side butt. My hips are also a little bit define for a skinny girl like me. I hope I can update for my 2nd month. Thank you Hana! Much love!

I first did the chloe ting hip dips workout but it didn’t help. Then I went to Hanna millys hip dips workout for begginers i did it for about 2 monthes and I see a difference but my hip dips are still there. And now this is the second time I did this workout and it freaking burnsssss

Ok I’ll do the day thing lolz. Day one: it hurt my hips really bad lol. Day two: it was hard at first but it was easier at the end Day three: it was much easier to do this day and I can already see results! I’ll keep posting but I suggest u guys try it!💗

Yall need updates? Lmao Day 1: I did this with resistance training. I can't say the measurements of my hips rn cuz i can't find the damn measuring tape. If i don't use resistance it doesn't burn. Keep in mind that I'm promiscuous with exercises lmao😉 so I'm also doing Chloe Ting's hourglass program and adding this really makes my butt look more firm. Doing core and ab exercises with this also works great. No big changes on the hips yet but as my waistline is slimming, it has the appearance that my hips are getting bigger Day 2: Active rest day Day 3: i did some clamshells before this, 2 minutes on each side. Also i did a 10 minute donkey kick workout at around 3 am. Im really doing this at night cux during the day there's no escaping my family lmao, it got easier today though. Tomorrow i resume the hourglass program, today was a rest day from the program. My hips burn like hell. Did i mention all this is sculpting my butt? Ya know how some women sit down and they have visible meat sticking out that u can squeeze and not just an extended back? Well now i have and its so fun to squeeze lmao Day 4: ik i should probably rest my muscles but they're not tired or sore or anything so maybe I'll do this later tonight. I did actually end up doing it. You really don't know how sore it is until you try doing more reps. I do see improvements in my hips Day 5: Active rest day

I want to update you guys here in the comments section of my progress to see whether it works or not! Today is my day 1 so bare with me please! I'll be doing this exercise every other day so my muscle can rest, I'll be alternating my booty workouts (from Hanna Milly this video) to abs workouts (from Chloe Ting 2 weeks abs shred) everyday. edit: i forgot to mention, my main goal is to get rid of my hip dips and my hips dips are really bad. my hip bone is really farther away from my thigh bone in which makes my hip dips soooo bad. i know theres nothing wrong with hip dips but yah lol. day 1: I managed to do all four rounds. my hips and butt were sore during the workout but it all went away after the recovery. Hips measurement 37 inches. day2: i did all four rounds! i was feeling sick (not because of corona chill LOL) so i did it on my bed which is a MISTAKE because its way harder. hip measurement: 37 in day 3: 4 rounds. little sore during workout. 37 in. day 4: i only did 1 round since i wasnt feeling it. 37 in.
