I'm on day 18 today and definitely see results. Smaller waist, butt looks better, less cellulite. I'm so happy. I'm moving straight onto another challenge when I finish this one!

come along my journey for my summer glow-up!! ☀ may 29, 2023 - let the journey began!! day 1 ✅ - perfect amount of time, definitely felt the burn but I do not feel sore! (yet) day 2 ✅ - wasn't sore but I did feel the burn a lot this time. today seemed even harder than yesterday for some reason but I feel good! day 3 ✅ - was not having a good day, but this definitely made me feel better. starting to get the hang of all the exercises too! day 4 ✅ - nothing much too say but it was a good work-out day! day 5 ✅ - quick and good work-out! day 6 ✅ - again, quick and good! day 7 ⭐ ✅- workout sucked because I was interrupted multiply times but at least im one week in! Not seeing much results though. day 8 ✅ - really good workout! day 9 ✅- workout was ok! day 10 ✅- one of the best work-outs I've done so far! super proud of myself for going this far day 11 ✅- was really un motived but work-outed anyway! feel great day 12 ✅ - felt the burn today! day 13 ✅- almost two weeks in! feeling great day 14 ⭐ ✅ - two weeks in! super proud of myself! I have noticed my butt get a lift to it but hips are pretty much the same! day 15 ✅ - good workout! day 16 ✅ - went by quickly! day 17 ✅ - great workout! day 18 ✅ - I have noticed results in my waist. way more snatched, my butt is more plump and higher up, and my hip dips have gotten a little tiny bit smaller *June 16, 2023 I decided to take a day off since I haven't this whole time. it was needed!* day 19 ✅ - nothing much to say, but it was a good workout! day 20 ✅ - great workout! happy father's day to everyone! 💙💙 day 21⭐ ✅ - three weeks in! feeling amazing! day 22 ✅ - nice workout! day 23 ✅- felt really tired right away but at least it is over with! day 24 ✅- put 110% into the workout and I'm feeling great! day 25 ✅ - i am working really hard, and I have been doing this for a minute now, but im sorta mad i haven't seen results AT ALL yet. just trying to stay motivated! *June 24 and 25 2023 I decided I wanted to have a rest days since I was on my period. I really just need a rest days since I have been working so hard!* day 26 ✅ - felt so good to workout again and get out of that slump I was in, almost a month in! Let's do this!! day 27 ✅ - my motivated the whole time was the ice cream bar I was gonna eat afterwards 😭😭 day 28 ✅ - nothing much to say but a great work out! day 29 ✅- a month since I started this work-out! super proud of myself, can't believe tmr is the last day! day 30 ✅ - well I did it! today was actually the quickest day of working out but I just can't believe I have been doing it for over a month! Super proud of myself since June was a crazy emotion month RESULTS : My waist is snatched, the butt is plump and lifted a bit, and for my hip dips, only a inch or two of curves. Sort of sucks that I didn't have bigger results but oh well. I hope everyone has amazing journeys doing this workout and you see tons of results! I just saw a tiktok video ranting about how Chloe Ting is such a scammy person, and here I am in my six month Chloe Ting's journey literally thriving with my new bomb ass body while no other routine before her could. It goes to show that there is no perfect fit for everybody, I found mine here and at the same time I can understand might no be for everybody. They say you need to be consistant to see results and it's true but also, you need to find the right motivations/motivators to make the journey as fun as possible, so it sticks. So glad I found you Chloe ❤

If I did this a few months or even a year ago I would have been sweating and crying. Thank you for making it really easy and simple. I want to be healthier but I struggle with a lot of executive dysfunctioning and divergency so knowing that it can be literally just 10 minutes of my day is so helpful because and I don't get overwhelmed feeling like I'm losing entire chunks of time.❤

Ive been following your programs for 21 days today!! and my hip dips are starting to disappear/form and I'm finally getting my curvy body looking fit 🥰 I can't thank you enough for your programs and tips! Sharing my progress for 2024 summer glow up! Day one:✅ the exercise BURNSSS but in a good way, i managed to get through, kinda proud since this is the 2nd exercise routine I've done today. *Get fit challenge (posted July 2020)* - Day 6 (08.04.2023): I really love booty work outs. Wasn't at my best form today so I was really glad so much of today's workouts were for the butt, I don't think I would have been able to do arms or core. But so it went well, really felt this one in the hip dips area! - Day 19 (27.06.2023): Okay this was hard after I already did two other leg/booty-workouts. But I managed it quite well nevertheless!

Day 1 ✅ I barely took any breaks which I’m very shocked at but proud of, I definitely broke a sweat but not as much as I would’ve liked which is shocking cause I’m not really that active. I only felt the burn when doing anything involving my right leg only. I also did a stretching excersize and daisy keech’s hourglass workout.

I’ll keep everyone up to date and see if i see any difference! Day 1: Did all of the except the last in bed , found it pretty easy but finished the workout out of breath. Day 2: I completed then all, squeezing my glutes a bit more, however on the last lunges i didn’t do then like shown but still felt a burn. Day 3: I did all except the last one as i don’t think it’s making a big impact. I completed all the other exercises in bed and finished sweaty not out of breath. I do recommend squeezing your butt as u do these, it does make a difference!!

I'm going to do this as long as possible. I use a hard expander. my hip circumference is now 88cm day 1: ✅ It was a little hard, there was no motivation, but I did it. I feel a slight squeeze

I've always been severely insecure about my hips, because its just flat around my hips. Recently i had a really bad depression episode and finally decided that I'm goin to try to be my best self (improving my self esteem, etc) and I'm going to document my progress! day 3: it's not as hard as day 1 and 2, and I can definitely feel my glutes sore the day after

@@user-iy1kt5dt5x I'm probably not the correct person to be answering this but I say take both rest days, what you did sounds like a lot to me and it couldn't hurt to take an extra rest day, after all Chloe herself said that the schedule she has can be modified and you can take more rest days, so yeah two rest days sounds good.

Last year i began doing this workout but i ended up giving up due to school, i regretted that decision so much but i'm going to begin my journey again :) this officially day 1 of starting again Day 1: felt pretty good today and workout was cool

I know right,.... chloe really needs to give us a low impact version, atleast I'll be able to get SOME impact.... with the regular frog kicks, I lie on the mat doing something,...... which I'm sure is not frog kicks.
