Hi Nancy, again! The new roof on my house in Spain will take longer to complete now. Purchasing all of the highlighted equipment is reducing my savings considerably! LOL. However, your suggested equipment is a must have, (as far as I can see), if the job is to be done correctly. I am delighted to say that here in the UK I have managed to acquire everything you mention, apart from the transfer papers, and threads. Hey ho, such is life. My new craft room in Spain will be complete with all of your suggested goodies. Thank you again for your tutorials, tips, and techniques. Regards Alison X

In the episode where you put the binding on the quilt, you mention that you don't trim your quilt until after you sew the binding on. I like the fact that the binding is 'full', but I wonder how you make sure the quilt is squared up if you don't square it up? Thanks! I love your videos.

Thanks for watching :) I generally count mostly on the quilt construction to be square and use the basting of the quilt to make it as square as possible. If I am unsure of the square of the quilt, and plan for it to be a wall hanging, I will draw the square lines and line my binding up on the line to ensure super squareness!!
