Hand exercises, Dr. Helene Alexanderson

Dr Alexanderson is with the Department of Neurology in the Division of Physical Therapy at Karolinska Institute in Sweden. She specializes in myositis and is on The Myositis Association's Medical Advisory Board. She demonstrates products and exercises especially for your hands. Many patients say that the weakening of their hands is the most difficult and frightening aspect of their disease.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TELL WHAT SHE IS DOING WITH THE CAMERA SO FAR AWAY AND THE ANGLE LIMITED TO ONE SIDE. THIS COULD BE MORE EFFECTIVE IF CLOSE UP CAMERA WORK WAS DONE SHOWING HANDS FROM SEVERAL ANGLES.
