I love his excited little flutter towards your hand. Also I appreciate that you focus more on making sure your pets are safe than on grabbing a shot of a dramatic moment. Definitely have stopped watching a few exotic animal KZbinrs who persistently delay rescuing their animals to get it on camera. I'd much rather hear the aftermath of a successful rescue than watch someone fumble potentially life or death situations because they're trying to not bump a tripod.

He is so gentle! I've watched your other videos with Bruce, and how you explained that giving Bruce alot of places to hide and feel safe is why he has always been so relaxed. I don't have a Mantis yet but I hope when I do I can make sure he feels as safe and relaxed as Bruce does.

Bruce is so beautiful! 🥰 Curious, though. How did you manage to emergency start the new tank without the 4-8week startup time to cycle? I've done it once successfully to save my freshwater shrimp from a problematic tank, as well. I honestly thought everyone was going to pass away, yet somehow, they didn't. It's been amazing and I still don't know how or why it actually worked. Thought, I would ask you how you did it, maybe shed some light on what I accidentally did right. 😅😂

By using all the water and rock from the established tank it helps to minimise any cycling of the new tank. It's definitely a big risk though but sometimes you don't have a choice 😱. Thanks for watching my videos, it means a lot to me (and Bruce). Keep an eye out for a more organised transition (hopefully) when I move Bruce into his new tank in my next video.

So awesome. People often think fish are "dumb" and people are so smart. Your peacock shrimp seems extremely aware, inquisitive and like a quick learner. I have always wanted one since I was a kid. What size tank do you have? This movie might just motivate me to finally get one!

I would not recommend that. It's not a lot of space and dwarf lions tend to be stationary a lot of the time. I wouldn't risk it
