There were handheld planters from pre 1950s that had a automatic hopper and would let u use both hands like "acme corn planter"

There is no adjustable stop. Most seeds end up about one inch deep, however you can vary that by how hard you jab the tool into the ground.

I purchased one of these tools this spring. We've seeded LOADS of different plants with it, and with success, GREAT success!!!! It is just as quick as it looks here in the video. I'll likely purchase another next spring to get planting done that much quicker. EXCELLENT tool!!!!

is there a way on that tool to adjust the depth of the seed? i am thinking about purchasing both of your planters...
