This isn't a spanish or english net so there isn't any pocket or brailles to close the net, which is why the mesh is so large. This mesh size basically entangles and gills fish as the method of entrapment. For eg. I use this style of net for catching teta, red tail sardines, coscorob, guabine etc. for fishkeeping purposes. It's an old method of using cast nets in a hybrid manner. I'm not hoping to stop fish from exiting the bottom of the net.
