Brain power mudra or the Hakini mudra
Hakini Mudra is a powerful mudra to sharpen the brain and to improve concentration power. HAkini mudra is also called mudra of mind. children with Autism can practice this mudra to reduce the problems of autism. practicing this mudra promotes the activities in the left and right brain. practice this mudra to train and tune your brain.
Mudra is a unique and one of the best techniques that can be used to attain any health benefit by continuous and regular practice.
Mudras are hand gestures that balance the five elements called the panchabootha (fire, earth, water, air, and space) in our body. Mudras help in balancing the three doshas in the body called the vata, pitta, and the Kapha doshas.
How to perform this mudra:
step 1: sit comfortably in a place with your back straight and concentrate on your breathing.
step 2: bring both your hands in front of the chest.
step 3: touch the finger tips of both the hands. the palm should not touch each other.
step 4: inhale and lift your tongue to the upper part of the mouth and direct your eye upwards.
step 5: exhale and relax your tongue and eyes.
Benefits of the mudra:
practice this mudra to sharpen the brain.
This mudra can be practiced to improve concentration.
children suffering from autism can practice this mudra and attain benefits.
practicing this mudra regularly will promote the coordination between the right and left hemispheres of the brain.
people indulged with lots of brain work and multitasking can practice this mudra.
This mudra is recommended for brain training programs including memory training and management program.
when and how long should the mudras be performed:
practice this mudra several times a day or when you want to relax.
These mudras can be performed at any point of time in a day.
Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water and juices for effective results.

Can someone tell me why my whole body tells me to do the mudra shown in thumbnail and then I have q and a session with myself and my head nod a lot like yes and no and why I say to myself hey be attentive and then I sit straight and focus it's weird its not controllable so I let it happen but somehow it feels weird to me like
