Can you please suggest an appropriate time duration for all these mudras
@jotilochun80 Жыл бұрын
@@harshitasbharatnatyam1421 I'm very sorry, I'm yet a very beginner student. I assumed to keep one mudra for an entire sitting, for reasons of pure focus but I don't know. I try to sit to meditate for a minimum of 15 minutes but don't set an alarm to remain in meditation until whenever. If I'm honest my mudra drops at some point but that isn't what I am aiming towards and I'm sure that isn't right

I was always amazed by this BUT NOW EVEN MORE SO! I dnt know why it wasn’t said here but if u do this n pump your hands with finger tips touching?? U can seriously feel the energy in the middle! For anyone who disbelieves that WE R ENERGY!!

I’ve been using Dhyana mudra in meditation for a few years after I learned about it. I didn’t realize that there were different effect’s depending on which hand is on the bottom so I seem to naturally fall into the habit of right in left until someone told me I ought to put left onto right. I have small and not very long or flexible fingers and find most madras difficult to achieve much less hold for extended time. I guess it’s a practice thing…😀

I love the explanation what you do in this video. I started to do mudras 10 years ago (2014) as I spent a lot of time in the hospital when I was younger. I am Hungarian and I was/am lucky we have a lot of books available about this knowledge. My very recent experience that I had to go on sick leave for a month due to work injury affected my shoulder. I did a particular mudra for shoulder pain for 3 month and the pain is completely gone without taking any painkiller or having a surgery after 2 weeks. After 3 month I stopped it, unfortuntely after a week the pain came back. Not fully. You have to be consistent with mudras to make it effective, need a lot of patience, so it is a good companion to heal problems, but mudra itself not terminates the problems, unless you do it constantly. I wish more people would know about this though.

Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.

From small finger to thumb for me has always been Earth, Water, Fire, Air (which is linked to Metal in Chineese), and Thumb being Ether (Chinese tradition would be Wood)... and Ether itself relates to the Trinity (Throat "5th chakra" is linked to Sound, 3rd Eye is linked to Vision (Light), and 7th Chakra is linked to Pure Consciousnesss (12th Dimension)
