Looks delicious. I love peach pie. Lee loves pecan pie. Our son Daniel loves apple or strawberry pie. I've seen the bowls at Cottage Craftworks. I love the blue barn and brown barn ones. The blue stripe or plain are the originals. They also offer Barb Wire, Blue Bonnet, Hearts, Poppy Seed, Red Apple, Rooster, Summer Splendor, Texas, Wild Flower, and Wisteria. The only items I can find local are food, personal care items, wooden utensils, rope sandals, and expensive furniture.

Hi Ginger, ya know, I have never tried Gooseberry but I'd be willing to! I do like StrRhu. I think better than the pie is my friend's recipe for Strawberry Rhubarb Coffee Cake. I have a tip for you. Instead if a lattice top…just take a pie shell like you are using and make the bottom pie shell as you did…roll the rest into a ball and place in the freezer for 30 min. and use your box grater and grate it over your pie. It’s not only easier but it’s pretty too.

My favorite pies are pecan and key lime. Hard to pick one over the other! I've made personal pies only once. I used a large jar ring as the "pie plate" for each one and pressed the pie crust into it only because that's what the recipe called for. Good tip for anyone who doesn't have a muffin tin. They turned out pretty good. I think I'll use my muffin tin this time though. I'd like to try making a chocolate chess using your method. That's one of Roscoe's favorites. I'm going to make personal pies for the next Monday night Bible study we have. Thanks for the video. Going now to watch your friend make the savory ones.
