Been doing this on and off all day it's certainly not gone but has gone from high pitch screaming to a more copable level it's not as manic so helps to calm me instead of battling against it. I've just shown my hubby who also has it. . ..we were fine but it started when we had our first astra zenica COVID jab. We reported it but no follow up. Il keep trying thank you x

That stands to reason; I certainly hope so because I eagerly tried all 3 pressure points on both hands as she demonstrated, but found that there did not appear to be even the slightest reduction in my tinnitus noise level in either ear. I appreciate the info that she shared and will give it a reasonable try in hopes that it does eventually help.
