The Hand Stamped Book Stacks are literally my favorite craft of all time! I gift them all the time and have sets ALL over my house haha. You're going to love making them! Did you see on my blog post where I talked about working with that specific block set? My only word of advice is to be careful not to get ink on the square/block part of the stamp (around the letters). It's a little easy to get ink on the wrong part, and you don't want that ink getting on the books. I just kept a makeup wipe next to me and wiped off the stamp around the letters before I stamped it onto the book! Have fun crafting! :)

This is awesome. This seems like a better way to line up the stamps before stamping on book. I am checking to see if you shared the info where to get. I do not know what size letters to get either. Just eyeing it is the best !!! Thanks for sharing.

@@ShesCraftyandSheKnowsIt I am sorry to be a pest. I see 3 options. However, trying to make sure they are not tiny tiniee. I just want the butterflies size. Would it be imposition to ask how many pages are in the books. I was in Dollar Store and due to Christmas they moved the books and there were only two matching.!!!! You are so right about it being addicting. I wanted it for my new daughter in law. I just needed 3 books and walla!!!!! Not too much luck. Would you share the book size and pages in book for butterflies. It looks like best mom ever is bigger!!! I want to learn and be comfortable with it. I am like to say going crazy and so exicted because I do Holidays alot. I crochet, etc, and do Bath Puffs. But cant get my act together to get them sold. I did candy corn hand mitten and hat thinking it would go crazy. NOT. I am 74 and our SS is nothing. I am a doer and just want to bring in money on the side. But no luck. I like you will have one in my bath, my kitchen, my desk etc. LOL Please share the page numbers will tell me I am using right size and maybe measurements of the book. Then, I will just have to search the letters still. I wanted to do one today!!! sad, sad. LOL Could you measure the b in butterflies. Golly, I apologize. You are most definitely not a pest! I measured the book and it is 8.25" tall, 5.5" wide and 7/8" thick. It is 309 pages. I have searched and searched for other cute alphabet stamps that are about the same size as the ones I used and I have not had much luck finding any! The ones from Michaels are often sold out online, but you can order online and pick them up in the store if they are available at a store near you. Instead of painting them with a paintbrush can you spray paint them with it the Arizo can

I don’t paint them at all. I just peel the cover off and then stamp them.

I have been searching 3 days now for the stamps. It seems like Michaels and Hobby Lobby are lacking stock. Can you please give a reference number and where to get the blueskies and butterflies one. I love the size of that one! Thanks for your inspiration.

Does your ink smear when you’re done??

Once it dries it does not smear. But I would give it about 30-60 minutes to dry before touching the letters just to be on the safe side. But I have never had any issues with letters smearing at all
