As you need to dry your clothes, and your house is high, may I recommend an old fashioned rack that can be pulled up or lowered by a pulley. That way you can profit from the rising warm air.

Hi, if you install the Tyvek on the outside of the 2x2 wood you can insulate it later on with 2 inch insulation. If you do that you get a horizontal and vertical insulation in the wall so there be less cold bridges and bec you using nice lock panel there are enough air to ventilate the wall on the outside.
