Hi everyone, my name is Professor Freddy Trillo. I am a 25 year Police Officer, SWAT Officer, Defensive Tactics Instructor and Violent Street Crimes Detective in the Miami Area.
This is a set of tips for law enforcement but can also be used by anyone.
In todays technique, the bad guy is on his back, arms folded over his chest and he isn't cooperating. It is important to note that there are various ways to defend this, and I am not claiming that this is the only way, but this technique is very effective.

Mr. Trillo, once you have both of their hands behind their back and you transition for your hand cuffs, how do you manage to control both of their hands so that you can hold both hands with just one of your hand as you are reaching for handcuffs with your other hand?

Good point my friend, which is why I now modified this technique. This was before the Floyd incident and this is still 100% effective, especially if you are well versed in Jiujitsu. I will post a new instructional soon on alternatives. Stay safe!
