I'm thinking about buying one of these to print onto audio cassettes. The face of the tape is not flat, there is a ridge, so I'm wondering if print head distance will be an issue, also alignment. Probably going to want to print white ink into clear plastic to get the 90's look as well.

I have this same model and have troubles with it loading certain image files. Some it does fine, but most it doesn't like for some reason. I have a feeling it has something to do with the exact way the file gets saved, but I'm not sure.

I had issues with the touch screen being miscalibrated. Try turning on the printer while pressing on the screen. This should take you to calibration mode. Just touch the [X] boxes where they appear on screen to re-calibrate.

Ich habe dieses Gerät 2x gekauft. Das erste zeigte keinerlei Anzeichen, den weiteren Zeichensatz anzuzeigen. Nach eine Rücksprache mit dem Support, worin ich kalibrieren solle, ging nichts mehr ! Also nochmal das gleiche Modell gekauft, in der Hoffnung, das dieses besser funktioniert. Als es endlich ankam, gleich ausprobiert. Toll, der Akku war voll aufgeladen, das war es aber auch schon. Denn nach dem Einschalten erschien der Willkommensbildschirm und das war es auch. Keine Möglichkeit das Einstellungsmenü aufzurufen oder sonstige Funktionen aufzurufen. Wenn man es so nimmt, habe ich rund 600 Euro in die Mülltonne geworfen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht !!!! 😠😠😠

The text size is just so small , I can use a stamp instead and is way cheaper
