Handing Off a B&P Coal Train to the South Buffalo Railway

After arriving in the region the night before, a loaded Buffalo & Pittsburgh coal train is brought into Buffalo, NY by a Buffalo Creek Yard crew before handing it off to the South Buffalo Railway in Lackawanna!

Thank you! The train originated from DuBois, PA while the coal came from the Lady Jane Mine in Penfield.

So much track! But a lot of it seems to be out of service. It looked as if a double main line wient overhead at one time. The bridge is still there and the right of way but no tracks.

There’s some sort of project at the CN yard right by the bridge connecting Black Rock with Fort Erie. Can you get drone footage of this? Would be sick!

It's unloaded at the Port of Buffalo and eventually loaded onto ships for Canada.
