Hey Tyler thanks for the amazing content as always... Would you recommend following the punch drag thru with a behind the back? How do you fall back out of your punch drags? I usually go once behind the back to protect the ball but not sure if that's the most efficient way to do it Everytime... Should I watch the defender's hips more?
@peytonham5759
@peytonham5759 3 жыл бұрын
Try taking another dribble after the punch drag then the behind the back: so it’s punch drag dribble behind. This would work ok but it rlly depends where the defender is. If he is Infront of you then a between the legs would be better but if the defender is beat u could do a hard behind the back and a quick jump shot. Hope this helps even though it’s coming from a 7th grader👍👍👍

Hey coach i have question to you Is it good to do dribbling drills before you start your skills workout every day? Because i feel my dribbling drills taking time too much like 30 minutes and i only have 1 hour and i don’t get enough reps for my skills workout, I’m also a point guard so i think that handles is important . Do you consider separating my dribbling for my skills workout and giving it a day that i focus on handles because i have 5 days a week working out thats Monday-Friday.

I’ve noticed that majority of skill trainers online cater their training to guard play…Are there any skill trainers that focus on the big man positions or is the game changing to guard skills for all positions……..

Just a constructive suggestion. You use a lot of crutch word, in this case using the word "right". After a while, it becomes a distraction because it looks as if you're looking for the audience to agree with you. Since you're a coach, a position to be looked upon by your students, saying the word "right" all the time doesn't project confidence. Thx for the great contents.
