I’ve been searching for a online basketball program and training. I’m a beginner and it really looks like you know your stuff. I’ll be enrolling today.

@RedBlueOrange •”hang” the ball at the waist •keep the dribble outside your feet •keep the dribble at the knees and below •your hips & knees need to follow the direction of your dribble. This is how you “shift” your body weight to the ball side and ultimately “shifting” your defender. Watch Kobe Bryant and Allen Iverson’s top crossover videos on KZbin. They shift like no other! Enjoy! Hit me back with an update!

@@louiswilliams984 Thanks for the tips! I've been watching and studying lots of players to see how to use the crossover effectively, and practicing the move. It's not perfect, but I'm getting better. Thanks for the help!

Not to hate but these moves are old.. they legalize them now.i am 59 years old. I was doing that at 15 years old. But you are doing a good job.

You had some *FLAVOR* to your game back in 75’! 😜 They still work too! Haha!

Gerald back in the day there wasn't people breaking the stuff down and giving it names. You just went to the park and watched the other guys play and saw what works and put it into your game. I learned this when I was a teenager too. I like watching these videos to teach the moves better to my kids.
