i got some tips for you jay and i'm gonna show in like different situations 1.you need to do all the little stuff like for example cat in the tree or broken bones but DON'T do the ones that they say that happened yesterday it will deduct your reputation if you resolved it. 2.for the car collision, you need to send a police car. if they are injured, send an ambulance if not don't send it will waste your units and if they said the car is blocking, send a fire truck if not don't send 3. for the robbery, you need to send the police car if they are armed there is a possibility that they need backup and if they are injured, send an ambulance. 4. for a gang fight, you need to send at least 2 cop cars or more and 2 ambulance or less. 5. for a burning house (the calling one) DO NOT ASK HER TO PUT OUT THE FIRE WITH WATER it is always an electrical fire and dont use the extinguisher because the person will say no so just send a fire truck and it will be resolved. 6.for the house invasion, do not ask her to shoot just warn or not shoot because you will need to send an ambulance if she shoots and that sometimes can be a pain the ass because there is sooooo many activities that need an ambulance. Thats all i have to say but i think i missed some but anyways please like this comment so jay can see this

Jay, you don't NEED to respond to every call. In fact, resolving calls without sending anyone or even refusing to help in certain situations will boost your reputation while messing up or sending units on unnecessary calls hurts you. Here are some tips to help you figure out how to solve them quickly and in a way that helps while keeping resources free for major emergencies. 1. The ones where they report a car parked in the wrong spot usually penalize you with a reputation hit if you respond to them blindly (if they're blocking sidewalks or in "no parking" areas I think it doesn't hurt you because they can cause issues in REAL emergency situations). 2. When someone calls to report an accident, make sure to ask when because some will wait a day before reporting it and you can't do anything about it (get a penalty for agreeing to look into it and/or send someone). You can just "ignore" these ones after they hang up, giving you a small reputation boost. 3. When somebody reports a robbery, make sure to ask about injuries and where the thieves went. This might seem obvious, but if you do so and they say there's no injuries and they don't know where the thieves went, you can safely inform them to report the crime to a local police department since there's nothing emergency response teams can actually do. Doing so gives you a reputation bonus when you click ignore when they hang up. 4. When someone reports a stolen car, get the location and then ask if they might have parked illegally, then if they're sure they parked where they think they did, and then if they're absolutely certain. It's entirely possible they've had their car impounded or simply forgotten where they parked their car, in which case they won't say that if you don't ask and you'll send an officer there for no real reason. 5. When someone calls from stomach pain, ask for their address and then how long they've had stomach pains. If they say it's only been a short time (usually either an hour or "it started this morning) question them to find out if they have any other symptoms or if they've eaten anything different lately since it can be symptoms of serious conditions if they list others and if they name off "exotic" food it could include a bad burrito (when prompted about the quality of the food they might say it tasted bad they ate it anyways) or bad mushrooms. If they say "almost two weeks" ask them why they've waited so long. Their answer could range from "I haven't found any time" to "I didn't think it'd get this bad." If they mention concerning symptoms, mushrooms, missing days of work or "not being able to get out of bed since Tuesday" (which means they literally cannot transport themselves to the hospital) you want to send an ambulance out to check on them. In other cases it's usually best to tell them to go to the doctor's office. 6. Listen to the background sound of the "butt dial" calls as you put it. If you hear traffic, it's most likely a literal butt dial and you can just hang up and redial to explain to the phone's owner that they should have their phone locked to avoid calling 911. If you hear people arguing, it means that someone's being held hostage usually and can only respond to you by hitting the "digits" on their phone. As you found out, hanging up and redialing is a VERY good way to get the hostage seriously injured, so picking the "press any digit on your phone" option is the best choice. When you start talking to them like that, make sure to end the call by telling them to silence their phone. 7. If someone calls up saying their kitchen is on fire, asking what exactly is on fire will result in them saying the toaster, their counter (cloth on the burner of their stove), or oil in a frying pan. You'll immediately be given three solutions to relay, one of which works for each of the possible problems: dump water on the counter, put a wet cloth over the frying pan, or use a fire extinguisher on the toaster. Matching up the emergency to the correct solution WILL immediately result in the fire being put out and the situation resolved (unless the caller doesn't have a fire extinguisher, in which case they CANNOT safely extinguish the toaster and you have to send firefighters to deal with it anyways) but giving the WRONG solution will not only make the fire WORSE, but it'll also injure the caller usually (or perhaps each emergency has an "extremely bad" decision that causes it) and you'll have to send an ambulance as well as the fire truck. Any fire you manage to talk the caller through safely putting out on their own does not need a response from the fire department and can be safely ignored once the call ends. 8. If someone calls and says that they've found someone unconscious on the ground, you want to ask if they're still breathing. This leads to three responses. If they say that the person is breathing you can treat it like a normal emergency call and just send the ambulance. Sometimes they'll suddenly say the person is waking up, in which case you should ask them to stay with the person and make sure they're ok, and then safely ignore the call. If they say the person isn't breathing, you can have them check to see if there's anything blocking their air passages and if so tilt their head back before asking if they know CPR (which you'll ask them if they don't see anything blocking the person's airways or just ask them first thing when they say "they're not breathing"). Some people will know how to do CPR, if they don't you can have them ask if someone nearby knows how to do CPR (sometimes works) and/or try to talk them through how to do CPR. Sometimes they'll refuse, in which case you can either point out that they could be fined for refusing to help ("You have to") or tell them it's fine and they just have to stay there.

Here's a tip, Jay: You should divide your units based on how many per color/type. If one color/type has 2, send one to each half of the map, if it's 3, put one in each 1/3 of the map and so on and so forth. So that way your units can reach a situation equally as fast. But if it's 1, keep that one in the center. After the situation, send them back to their proper positions. Be sure to count your units at the start quickly before any incidents pop up. Oh, and make sure to scan the whole map in case of any forgotten units wandering at the outskirts of the map.
