Are you saying when EEOC finds a company violated a class of people it is considered a systemic case and should be ligitated if conciliation fails?

How about being terminated for prescription drug , due to disability. But LGBT and color is at the forefront!

What is the Statute of Limitations. If the time has expired. will it be possible to still report an employer for not following the policies of an Experience Works Federal Program. Shouldn't the employer be reported regardless. The EEOC never contacted the Experience Works Main Office. I was terminated in retaliation several years ago. I was a senior, disabled, discriminated against and all of the Seniors working there at the time didn't back me up. Yet they were threatened that if we didn't work for the Grand Opening we would all be fired from the program. I don't expect anything to come out of this now but this is what happens and being intimidated and coerced in this manner is definitely wrong. They had several attorneys against me. They did not contact Experience works and the used the excuse of color of skin had to be mentioned. That shouldn't be necessary. I explained to the director I had cleaned snow from the entrance and the director replied "I could dust her boots after that." I don't like living in racist states. CA is more of a melting pot with various races of people live among each other and work together. Should the Expirience Works Corporation still be notified that this occurred so that it doesn't to someone else?
