Great job. Don’t forget to always ask qualifying questions. Is this your first time staying with us? If they say yes, you thank them for coming back and ask if this is for business or pleasure? When she said family, ask how old the child/kid is. Certain hotels if the child is younger then 2 they’re free. You might have perks and add ons for children. I’ve worked in hotels for 20+ years.
