Please remove music... I started watching this craftsman in part because there was no annoying music or commentary. You could hear the equipment and ambient sound which is perfect for someone trying. to learn from a master. Mr. Koubou, please continue to make the videos you have done without music

Very clever design and excellent construction! I would only change the 2 nuts to the other side of the angle bar, so that it was not only the glue opposing the clamping force.

Very nice! The only recommendation I can make is to use aluminum angle iron for the clamps instead of mild steel (if that’s what it was). It’s best practice to minimize areas of potential galvanic corrosion, especially if you have thick steel parts on thin aluminum sheet.

Good design, impecable make and very well exposed process. Only a pair of improvements, the glued nuts of the clamps should be fitted on the opposite side of the angle profile, for obvious reasons, and perhaps a pair of plugs in the ball bearings housings in order to avoid dust accumulation. 04:44 to correctly check for parallel, mark edge of disk, take measurement there. Rotate disk 90 degrees, take 2nd measurement at disk mark, eliminates disk distortion error, gives true parallelism reading.☺
