Love the colors of the blue/green bag and nice that they can be stored flat.

Hi! I just got into furoshiki and never owned a fabric made for it. Immediately I thought of these reversible ones and how lovely they would be! I really enjoyed your video and your channel and I’m following your furoshiki and sewing endeavors now! 🙌 I’m curious to hear what you learned from this experience. Is there anything you would you do differently next time when making reversible furoshiki?

Hi😊 I’ve made several reversible Furoshiki in the past. The first one became too thick as I used solid fabric for both sides of Furoshiki. I think it was 45cmx45cm which I made to wrap a bento box, but it was hard to tie a knot. So, choosing thinner materials is really important to wrap items properly. I’ve made it using thinner materials on both sides as well. It was much easier to tie. Also, I’ve been making Furoshiki with Sashiko. It also gives a pattern on the reverse side and you can keep it a single layer. Here’s the video about Sashiko Furoshiki😊⬇️ Creating a simple Sashiko design by combining two patterns - making a linen Furoshiki with Sashiko kzbin.info/www/bejne/nn24iWV7aMhjfas

Thanks for this info. I was trying to figure out the kind of fabric needed. Also up until about the 6 minute what is the name of the artist or band doing the music? I really liked it.
