I used to be one of those people who held books as sacred, but I worked at a bookstore and saw that many, many books were destroyed if they didn't sell. Your journal cover is just so beautiful and the book pages can be repurposed in the name of art ❤️

Why did you water down the glue? I would think you'd get a stronger adhesion by keeping it at full strength.

It's my understanding that most people who do this kind of work water down their adhesive in order to make it easier to spread. It still gets the job done and holds everything, like fabric or paper, just fine. Personally I often use mod podge and I don't add any water.
