I assembled this power supply several years back. It's a piece of junk. You really can't power much with it. It was a fun kit to put together though. The end product does not give much value added though.

Nice little kit. Have you actually used it other than checking it’s voltages. BTW no way can you charge a phone with a 200ma output.

Wrong order, small parts should be soldered first. Resistors, diodes, e.t.c. You solder big parts first, then you have to use tweezers to solder 104 capacitors.
