Hello fans, today I will show you How to make How to make Pvc Sheet From Pvc Pipe Awesome Technology for DIY Projects.
This method that you will see in your video guarantees a 100% straight sheet of PVC with unchanged quality of PVC.
In the video you will see how I first divide the pipe in two, then heat it and impose straight wooden boards.
Once it acquires a straight shape, the PVC sheet should be heated to 70-75 degrees (the procedure is done on both sides) and then it should be covered with a wooden board and a weight should be placed, we remove the wooden board only when the PVC is completely cooled. An iron with parchment paper also works no flipping

The parchment paper stops sticking, but the flipping is to destress the plastic so it does not try to return to round, which would buckle it.

How thick is the wall of that pipe? I feel that my 2.5 mm pipe behaved very differently from what i see in your video - it tried to roll back once it get soft.and if i heat it up further, is starts melting.

Not here either. You can ger some neilon cutting boards, but prece per m2 will be quite high.

Are you sure that's PVC? You generally can't cut PVC with a knife, but you can with ABS, and a lot of pipes are also made out of ABS... You can also form shapes with PVC by heating it, but it is generally much more rigid & less workable than what you're showing, which leads me to believe that you have ABS there...
