@@SprayInk-Kreatïv-Nouveau No, not really. This is room 123 or room_water_prebird. You can't get there unless you mess with the game files. I have an old video on my channel demonstrating the contents of this room. The only thing it doesn't cover, I guess, is that leaving through the left exit crashes the game, while the right one just leads to a black screen.

To answer you question it’s not just sans in the papyrus in undertale all character get a sense of deja vu for example if you kill toriel and come back to her fight she will say she almost recognizes you and if you reset to undyne fight she will say your like an old friend

This is not the end. People in the comments have already said that the comic is finished, but not voiced by that same person. You'll have to find a different channel with a voice over of the rest. There is a playlist even, I've seen it.

Since you are aproaching the end of the comic, I have to say that there is a comic with an alternate story called Mercyplates by the same creator, although I would recommend not searching for that until you completely finish the original story, just in case.
