You can not sell snnit assets without the approval or knowledge of cabinet. Bryan Acheampong is part of cabinet. Huge Conflict of interest. He has to resign as a minister and keep been his mp (seek the approval of the speaker)and the sale will go through smoothly

Get very worried and much disappointed to be hearing discussion put across by those who by their level of education, expected to know better as well as ordinary Ghanaians, making it looks like Bryan purchasing the Said Hotels is buy these Hotels for himself. He's only being used as a frontier. We shouldn't be surprised if we wake up one morning to hear that these properties are by anymeans transferred to the president after he leaves office.

This man needs to be educated. No wonder there is no thinking in the tourism ministry. GETfund,VAT, PAYE and SNNIT payments has nothing to do with profitability of a company because these are what the company collects from customers on behalf of the government and SNNIT. Company tax is the tax you pay on the profit of your operations. This is where we are able to determine the profitability of the company
