you don't need a pricey dexa scan. Just assume you are around 185 LBM, I'd aim for about 120g of protein a day.

Brown Stone yeah, unless there is a serious medical reason you need one (family history of osteo disorders or certain severe vitamin deficiency), I wouldn't worry about the dexascan.

i dunno, old bud-- I think I see a few things in that line up that shouldn't be there. If you picked off the fish from the sushi, that's good. But the rice and secret sauce is no good. Wine? No matter how incredible the name is... No wine. What's in the deviled egg? A hard-boiled egg, great! Nothing else in that goo. I got you about the muscle-- which does weigh more than fat per volume. So don't do any weight work yet. We know you can do it, so put that off till Dec 18. I'm sorry, Joe-- straight water and lettuce, with a little cheese and fish protein (broiled on a bare piece of tin foil, right?). And that's it for the next month. If you start to see visions, strange visitors-- then have a carrot. Otherwise no.

+Eliot Brown no rice in that protein roll ol' Chum. Sauce is just plane soy sauce. No carbs there. Eggs just eggs. Maybe some.mayo but no carbs in mayo. Hahaha.
