this my next bucket list...i can do about 10 sec now. i can control falling backward like 6:30 pressing my fingers hard and squeezing my butt, but falling forward is my problem, i try to push on my palm but i still fall forward back to my feet..once i figure out how to do that, i think i am done.

Bro nan oru 2 days ha tha physical ku practice pana start pannen.. just running skipping ke enaku lower back pain ha irruku beginning la ithu pola varathu normal ha illa ethuna problem ha bro pls konjam sollunga nan PC exam la 57 mark eduthu irrukan.. nan innimea practice continue panna kekuren.. konjam sollunga bro
