idfk why this is in my recommended. I can't do a handstand first of all and secondly suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome so I don't know if I would be able to pull this off... What do you think though?

What Is the Gospel of Jesus Christ? The teachings and Atonement of Jesus Christ are central to His gospel. The gospel of Jesus Christ is our Heavenly Father's plan for the happiness and salvation* of His children. It is called the gospel of Jesus Christ because the Atonement of Jesus Christ is central to this plan. Ephesians 2:8-9 New International Version 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- 9 not by works, so that no one can boast. Romans 10:9-10 New International Version (NIV) If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Most impressive was how you were able to progress without any rest days ! You practiced every single day ! I wish I had the commitment to do that with my fitness goals… Also seeing your Triceps growth between day 1 and day 50 is impressive as hell ! Now if I may add just one thing… let’s work on that shoulder mobility and improve the range of motion in your rotator cuff. Having some more room to move there will help you stabilize your handstands and give your more strength in your active range. You can’t exert max power when you’re always struggling to balance at your end range.

Nice video, I think showing someone's real learning progression is insightful, I haven't been practicing the bent arm press as much since practicing holding the straight arm with proper form, but I think I will now since it practices balancing the bent arm portion. Your shoulders aren't flexible enough to give you the true straight arm and back handstand form, that's why you have the banana back. I have the same issue my shoulders are always tight so I suggest some shoulder flexibility exercises to help with that you can see a lot of improvements in 3 months it will help with standing rounded shoulder posture too

Great job, you trained very well, the only thing that I think you have quite a big flaw in is the handstand. It was very noticeable that your rotator cuffs didn’t have enough flexibility. Correct this and it will help a lot more with balancing and it will make it less likely for you to get injured. Keep it up.

@Mr.Pro-aksh264 ай бұрын
Until you are learning to perform it full body weight .... Calisthenics doesn't sore your muscles like when you are doing 15 reps 3 sets of 4~5 excercises focussing every bit of your muscle group you are targeting.

Good job!! Also how did you learn to do the handstand? Im tryna learn it looking for tips
@vortexfitness442 жыл бұрын
@@lasher6049 just keep practicing it by a wall, the most important thing is you are not trying to find the balance, you want to create it. In the beginning though, when you kick up to the wall you only have once specific point where you can balance, that “sweet spot”. Yet over time, you should be able to balance yourself even when you go over or fall back on your feet. Keep practicing those kick ups and holds, I’ve just been doing them 5 times a day for a couple weeks, the progress is crazy. I got my first handstand push-up too! Check it out on my channel 🔥
