Awesome and so easy , I think adding jelly red to top of cream line would be a nice touch!+ The remind me of jelly rolls on gourmet level!+ I will try this one!+ Now I recall sister making basic ingredients for jelly rolls except cream vanilla, powdered sugar a d sugar!+ I always thought she invented recipe!+ I would alternate vanilla extract with cherry, banana, orange etc

Been making this for many years except I stir a bit of sugar free jello into the whipped cream. Either raspberry or strawberry! Also I make the milk dip with stevia instead of sugar, we have diabetics in our family. This makes it a guilt free desert or after school snack. ❤✌🏽

I would use maple syrup in oat milk instead of sugar for the bread bath. Then for the filling I’d use aquafaba instead of cream, tblsp powdered sugar, one eighth tsp cream of tarter, one half tsp vanilla. Instead of red food coloring I would use powdered strawberries for coloring the filling pink.
