That's one of the best things about Red Green. He's fictional, he's a satirical character, and yet he genuinely has most if not all the hallmarks of a great handyman. It's like they took all those legitimate handyman qualities and added "excessive impulsiveness" so that all his ideas would be honestly brilliant, but also should've maybe been given another thought or two before executing.

I was born in 1997. This is was my favourite show to watch as a kid with my brother and my dad before we went to school and he had to go to work at the automotive factory. Every morning we would watch and it always made every morning feel so uplifting. Wonderful memories.❤

It got totaled out when I had to use it one day and someone who was tailgating me rear ended it, after I had to do a sudden stop (when another idiot ran a stop sign). I'm Canadian so it obviously was no problem for me to watch it. We watched it together when he'd drop by. Good times... Corner Gas was my other favourite Canadian show. It's almost like the Canadian version of Seinfeld. I recommend it to anyone who has not seen it - and not the animated one. That was a rebooted version, which was watchable, but it didn't have the same zing as the original live action. And there is also Murdoch Mysteries. That was a pretty good series as well. Hey, we still exist. It really gets the older people happy seeing me trying to bump start a friend on his scrap part bike. Unfortunately, my friend isn't so inclined for jerry rigging and is content letting it rot away. It took all there was in me to talk him out of bringing it to a mechanic. Old junkers will cost you so much to bring in. The fun is the getting them running

It's because Michigan is still on it's 50 year, 25 billion dollar, I-75 project north of Zilwaukee bridge, they don't have any money for other roads.
