I'm curious what kind of electrical circuit is involved with the the tip of twisting wire with a drill. If that is 120v or 240v, soldering it is a bad idea. A line at that voltage, if it overheats can melt the solder. A wago connector or wire nut are safer choices.
@kentrussell400710 ай бұрын
It seems to me that if a circuit is carrying so much amperage that it cause a solder connection to melt then there are more serious problems than how the wires are connected at the junction box.

I agree. they are usually loaded with at least half useless, nonsenible or even more difficult but more complex ways of doing things but this one was nearly all pure brainiac solutions. The one where the guys used a fork to hang a picture was ugly as heck if it was drywall he could have used a sewing needle at a 56-60 degree angle those little things have quite a bit of holding power and make nearly no hole. just don't use the sure thinnest inflexible ones (unless hanging something really light. Also the guy that stuck (forever RUINING the critical factory finish on the drill bit and then wasted 3 black zapstraps making more micro-plastics including that stupid cup, just to mix 1/2 cup of epoxy/resin/activator/colour was mind dumbingly stupid. Popsicle stick or two would work just fine, i've been using a bent a peice of thicker bare wire or even part of an oldmetal coat hanger, i twist them into a spiral or like a kitchen honey utensil or whisk :) Good gomment! -respect and love from Canada ;]
