Why are there so many awesome young Bluegrass players??? Between Sierra Hull, Molly and Sully Tuttle, AJ Lee, Billy Strings, There's not enough time in the day to follow all of them and still contribute meaningfully to society. I need to win the Mega-Millions so I can listen to Bluegrass all day long!!! 🤣🤣

Back in the day circa 1979 the workforce where I was was divided into two different camps. It was the rockers against the country western clan. Made a deal with the boss that I would make cassettes that mix the two without making either camp upset. Using my record collection and four other library collections I made as many tapes as I was able to and ended up mixing a lot of bluegrass and jazz in without any authority to do so and it was counterproductive because the work would cease during these non familiar instrumentals or story songs and finally the boss told me to pack up all my cassettes and leave them at home. Not the outcome I was looking for but it gave me a huge collection of varietal enjoyable highly technical music to enjoy for the next 40 to 50 years

A squirrel got into my garage where I had my squash plants started and the little bugger dug them up and ate the seeds. I forgive him. Gardening, like music, however is therapy. One is as much food for the soul as the other. Now, write that darn squash song for gosh sakes! Also, your harmonies are gourmet soul food. I am sorry I missed this when you ladies recorded it and put it out in the world but better late than never. Two of the most talented musicians I have heard and true artists in every sense of that word. Wow! Beautiful playing, beautiful voices, and beautiful songs. The world needed this then and it needs it now. Your duets and collaborations are just stunning! I may be a little late to the party but I think there is a little bluegrass in everybody. Ironically, I've discovered alot of old skool punks ended up gravitating towards the bluegrass music genre. Both as fans and musicians. I was one of them as well. Not what you'd expect but I've met plenty of them. One of my closest friends is a touring alternative country/folk artist & songwriter who started off playing in punk bands when he was in high school.

Superb, can't praise this enough. It's like having a private concert in your own living room. Fantastic musicians and great songs from two girls with a passion for this music. You have to start young to be this good. Molly seems such a gentle soul but what a class act she is. Everyone knows that she is a phenomenon guitar player but her singing and songs are magic too.

Effing brilliant! I grew up in a musical family in Northern California and remember the air always being filled with these sounds. I’ve been in New Orleans for about nine years now and, while the city’s bursting with amazing musicians, there’s not a huge Bluegrass scene here. These songs really took me back home. I could almost smell the pines of Nevada City at times!

You two crack me up! Here are a couple of squash ideas, first and most simple... just sliced into 1/8 inch slices, sauted in butter or olive oil with salt and pepper. And secondly stuffed w/ onions, thinly chopped mushrooms, breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese! Those two will always help with my own squash problems! Seriously though, thank you so much for sharing each of your lights with the rest of us less talented folks!

Sierra, you opened my mind to bluegrass and to awesome artist like Molly Tull, Billy Strings and others. I kinda liked bluegrass 4 years ago before I found you, but could maybe name 1/2 dozen artists. Now I am all in on this genre of music and the people who play it so well. Molly is just amazing!
