What a great interview .... Molly is a wonderful musician and I love listening to her music! I think we all feel like we are getting "1's" sometimes but we still enjoy making music. I heard Doyle Dykes one time at a Taylor event and walked away thinking I don't deserve to even own a guitar after hearing his fantastic playing. In the end, it just serves to make us become better musicians. Thanks again for interviewing Molly .... it's great to see two wonderful ladies of the music world, discussing thier journey. Cheers!

This interview led me down a great path today. After watching it I’m looking into Molly and see she’s done a song called “Olympia, WA,” my hometown. Cool! More digging and I see that’s a Rancid cover off her album of a bunch of eclectic covers. Now I have to have the record so I take my 8 y.o. daughter down to Easy Street and we find a limited edition aqua vinyl copy. Just yesterday my daughter was asking if anyone has a turquoise record, so she’s excited. We bring it home, put it on the turntable, and it’s amazing. A memorable day. Thanks, Mary and Molly.

I grew up listening to the Beatles, Stones, etcetera, and never really found Bluegrass music appealing. Molley Tuttle changed that for me. I stumbled upon some of her performances here on KZbin and was very impressed. Recently, I watched Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway play, "Crooked Tree" and I was blown away by the entire band. So much talent and positive energy. But Molly is something special... and not just as a very gifted/skilled musician. She gives out a beautiful vibe that just brings a smile to my soul. She's Like a Rainbow! (Btw, she also looks beautiful without a wig.) Molly, you make the world a better place. Thank you!

9:19 Molly: "...I feel like I haven't really made a full-on bluegrass album..." Please, please, please do exactly that! Do everything else, too, but that's a good step to take sometime soon if it makes you happy. :)

Thank you Mary for interviewing the amazing Molly Tuttle! Can't get enough of her blistering fast crosspicking guitarwork. Can I put up a request for a tuesdays interview? Have a look at Kirby Swinemars channel Kirbyscovers... His arrangements are deceptively simple but include his own original way of playing his Yamaha acoustic with great right hand strumming technique. - Sure more do-able then Molly Tuttle stuff... very fun to learn. I would love to hear the guy speak about his work.
