G,day Bill. Have you got "spark" at the plugs? Unscrew it out of the block and put it back in the distributor lead. Crack it over and see if there's a gap spark. Or you can put a test light into the copper conductor of the lead and ground the light?🌏🇦🇺

Might check for clogged exhaust.... Hydraulic lifters not pumping up... Intake or vacuum leaks. Good luck!

If it has low compression, you may have some luck getting started by giving it a shot of starting fluid, just to get it running.

I'ld suggest a shot or two of spray-either. Don't pour any into the carb, you 'may' have flooded it. I did hear a 'chuff or two'. Are the fuel lines clean and clear of any gunk?

Well snap... If the plugs are wet, you should try to start wide open throttle.. You have the 3 ingredients... Maybe just in the wrong amounts
