I asked a friend of mine, a jet pilot, how far his jet could go and he answered, “3 hours”. When I asked why 3 hours he said, he needed to use the bathroom about every 3 hours!😂😂😂

I’d never do it but could I technically get my ppl in this jet? It seems like I could. I have 100 hours in a cirrus and a high net worth and don’t really want to buzz around in small piston planes anymore. The reason I ask is because I could buy one and pay a cfii to train me and transport me until I’m a pro.

It would be possible to get your PPL in the jet… Likely a worldwide first… but that is far from the end. You would also need to complete your instrument rating and build time and experience before going for your jet type rating. Most of the PPL maneuvers and procedures are at lower altitudes, where the jet is inefficient. You might want to buy a G7 SR22 and learn to fly in it if you want something more practical. IMHO
