This was an amazing tutorial, especially for someone who wants to start a template business online. You don't want to sell something if you have no clue how it looks, prints, or works. Here's a simple guide to create a blank 8.5" x 11" page in Canva: 1. Log in to Canva: Go to canva.com and log into your account. 2. Create a New Design: Once you're logged in, click on the "Create a design" button in the top right corner of the screen. 3. Custom Size: In the dropdown menu, choose "Custom Size". 4. Enter Dimensions: Set the dimensions to 8.5" (width) x 11" (height) and make sure the unit is set to inches. 5. Create New Design: Click "Create New Design", and Canva will open a new blank page in the size you specified. That's it! Now you have a blank 8.5" x 11" page to design on.

The best option is to measure the top of the bags to figure the width and height you need to create your labels.

when you save/download the creation do you save as PNG ?

I normally save as PDF, but you can save it as as Png or jpg image just when printing make sure you’re printing the actual page size.

good evening. I was trying to follow the size requirements just for practice wise. but how did you get the blank page to start the project. I'm not sure if its Canva but I have to customize the size first. But I find it hard to follow if it's like that. HEEEEEELPPPPP please. Or any advice on what I can do. TIA

First, head over to Canva.com and either login or create a new account for free. Once you’re logged in, click on “Create a design” in the top-left corner and select “Custom dimensions.” Set the page size to 8.5 by 11 inches and click “Create design.”Then, head to “Elements” and pick the square shape . Add the square to your page and use the measurements from the video to make labels.

I recommend 65 lb or more. However I used pen+gear photo paper in this video tutorial and it worked great also.
