For this recipe, you will need:
🔸 2 servings Linguine
🔸 2 cups Marinara Sauce
🔸 1 ½ cups Peeled Shrimps, 100/200, thawed
🔸 1 cup Bacon, chopped
🔸 ½ Onion, thinly sliced
🔸 7 Garlic Cloves, chopped
🔸 Olive Oil
🔸 1 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Powder)
🔸 2 Anchovy Broth Tablets
🔸 2-3 pinches, Garlic Salt
🔸 Chives, as garnish
🔸 3 cups Water
🔸 1 pinch Salt
👥 Serves: 2-3
⏰ Total Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Directions ⬇️
1. Season the water with salt, then add the pasta noodles and cook it according to the instructions on the package. Once the noodles are cooked, drain it but save some pasta water for later.
2. Drizzle olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions over medium-high heat until golden brown. Then, add the chopped bacon, sprinkle with pepper, and continue to sauté.
3. Once the bacon is a little crispy, add the garlic and sauté until the garlic is cooked. Then, add the Korean red pepper powder and sauté again. Reduce the heat to medium, as the Korean red pepper powder can burn easily.
4. Pour in the pasta water and turn the heat to high. When it starts to boil, add the broth tablets. Once the tablets are completely dissolved, let it boil for another 1-2 minutes, then add the tomato sauce and mix well.
5. When it starts to simmer, add the shrimps, turn the heat to medium, and cook the shrimp. Once it has simmered for a while, add garlic salt and mix well again. Finally, add the pasta noodles and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, so the sauce is well combined with the noodles.
6. After plating, garnish with chopped chives to finish.
