I’ve been visualizing a concept like this for the past few years with a slight twist that would bring a much higher occupancy rate and steady income flow considering the maintenance costs - excluding all notions of possible partnerships and or sponsorships happening as I have no details on it. It is basically this but with a business model to back it up differently and with other components to it. I am very happy to see that someone actually put it up and I might just see myself going to Japan again next year to check this place out! Really hope they can push through the first few harsh months and keep going with great success, this is great!
